Our lodge was lovely, with good quality furnishings and accessories in the kitchen like Joseph Joseph and a big wall-slung TV. The whole place was spotless with fluffy towels and bathrobes for the hot tub. The bed was especially comfortable, something we often find lacking wherever we go, but not here. It’s full marks from me, I have back pain but I slept so well I didn’t want to go home! The lady who owns the park was very helpful explaining some great walks etc. and was very friendly without being intrusive. A bonus for us was the benefit of on-site car charging - we were the only ones that week using it. The location is ideal being an easy ten minute walk along a footpath into Betws Y Coed where there are plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs. A particular highlight for us was the lovely pizza restaurant in the centre, Hangin’ Pizza, where we had lovely freshly-made pizza served to the table by delightful hosts! The owners support some Orangutan charities in Africa which was one reason we wanted to go there. The restaurant is very popular and it’s easy to see why - we loved it. Betws Y Coed is charming, and there are some lovely local walks. We love North Wales anyway but Betwys is one of our favourite places and we intend to go back, especially now we have found the perfect place to stay! What’s not to love?

We booked the Llyn Padarn lodge for a mid week break in October. From the moment we arrived we were met by the friendliest host who showed us to our lodge and offered plenty of local recommendations. The lodge was well presented and definitely had the luxury feel and contents were quality throughout. Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed to relax for a week including a lovely hot tub. The location was spectacular. The site had amazing views and a short 10 minute walk from the village and a short drive to local towns. We could not fault this place and are already planning to return. If you're looking for a relaxing, luxurious break on a friendly site in a beautiful location then this is for you.

Throughly enjoyed our stay in Llyn Dinas Lodge. Host was very welcoming and gave us some great advice on walks in the area, we didn’t use the car for 3 days. It’s in a great location to stroll into Betws-y-Coed and explore North Wales. We visited Conwy on the train and went to Harlech beach, only 45 mins away. The lodge was spotlessly clean, well equipped and felt very new. The decor was comfortable and relaxing and the hot tub was a lovely luxury. Our young boys enjoyed the outdoor space and the wooded backdrop makes for a lovely setting.

We were very fortunate to stay at the Hendre Rhys Gethin Lodges last November. Now we had high expectations from the images we'd been online, and we were not dissapointed!! We were greeted by a lady on arrival, and she showed us to our lodge. We were blown away by the beautiful location, and just how luxurious the lodge was. No expense spared..everything has been made to such a high level. I don't have enough words to describe how amazing this place is. We stayed in the Llyn Brenig Lodge, which had a large open plan kitchen/diner/lounge, master bedroom with shower room, family bathroom, and twin bedroom. We had a lovely little welcome parcel on arrival, with fresh bread, welsh cakes & the yummiest jam. They also provided lovely little toiletries in both bathrooms. The lodge came equipped with a hot tub, which was lovely..sitting in the tub, surrounded by the most amazing views, was just perfect. It felt so peaceful and relaxing!! The lodges are located about a 10 minute stroll from the village of Betws y Coed. There are walks in abundance in the area. Make sure you visit the bakery too, where you will find the most amazing cakes & homemade bread. The owners at Hendre Rhys Gethin Lodges provide you with an information pack - so you're totally clued up from the off!!! If you're thinking about visiting these beautiful Lodges, don't think any longer, JUST BOOK IT!!! I can promise you won't be dissapointed. Thank you so much / Diolch o galon ♡

We’ve just got back from a wonderful week here. The site is beautiful, quiet, peaceful and with amazing views. Our lodge was perfect, incredibly clean, very well equipped and very comfortable. We loved the hot tub. Everything was of high quality. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and always around if you needed them. The Welsh weather was even good to us so we got out and about every day! Will definitely return and have no hesitation in recommending to others. Enjoy!

Had a fabulous 4 night stay here in a wonderful lodge. Met the delightful Dwynwen, who welcomed us and gave us advice and instructions on hot tub workings etc. The lodge is beautiful, all mod cons and very clean. It's so peaceful and tranquil we could have spent longer there, ideally situated for walks, places to visit and some lovely restaurants and shops on the doorstep. Thank you Dwynwen from us both and we will return in the near future.

Hendre Rhys Gethin was amazing. From the communications and instructions pre arrival, to the lovely welcome at the gate when we arrived. The lodge park is in a peaceful and beautiful location just outside Betws y coed. It’s about a ten minute walk to the village and is centrally located to visit North Wales. We stayed as a family of four in the Llyn Dinas lodge which was immaculate. Lovely thoughtful touches on arrival with some Welsh produce and treats and we were able to make a cuppa with fresh milk and supplies before our Tesco shopping delivery arrived the following morning. The lodge itself was spotless, it’s obviously been extremely well looked after by the family team that run the park, robes and slippers were provided as well as other useful bits in the kitchen like tin foil, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid. The location is so peaceful with beautiful views, and yet on the doorstep to North wales’ visitor attractions. Hot tub was lovely too and checked daily by the owners. Diolch am gwyliau hyfryd!!

Me and my husband stayed here for 3 nights early July for our honeymoon in the Glandwr cottage. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly member of staff who advised no-one was staying next door to us so it'd be quiet (even though I don't doubt for a second it would be noisy even if there were people there) and if we could refrain from wearing shoes upstairs using the complimentary slippers. Once in the cottage, free goodies were waiting for us in the kitchen (milk, small packets of butter, cheese, jam, crackers, bread and Welsh cakes) which were appreciated. There were also washing machine pods and dishwasher tablets if using the appliances. Included also was washing up liquid, shampoo and shower gels (2 small bottles of each) and 2 toilet rolls. Towels were aplenty plus they had the large bath sheets as well as regular bath towels and hand towels. Betws-y-Coed is absolutely stunning and literally a 5-10 minute walk into the village so once parked up at the site, you can just stroll into town and take it all in. There's also plenty of food places and shops. Zip World Fforest is only a 5 minute drive and the Snowdon Railway is 25 mins drive. The only thing I'll mention and this is nothing bad (thus why my review is remaining at 5 out of 5) is that we brought a fan just in case it was warm in the cottage and my goodness, I'm glad we did as it did get VERY toasty. I will 100% be visiting again in the future, thank you for making our first trip to Wales so special.

Absolutely loved our second stay here. Lodge’s immaculate and well appointed with a hint of luxury. A beautiful view from the hot tub into the hills and really helpful owners. Will definitely be back for our third visit.
