There was supposed to be complementary breakfast but they denied, also they didn't provide hot water even after asking.

Bad experience, no wi fi facility in rooms only available in reception area same is too slow, no television. All the staffs were careless will neglect all the problems. No professional approach. No cleaning of rooms after repeated reminder. Blanket were so dirty. Positive thing only was room and bathroom was good. But there was no maintenance and cleaning properly. Reception area to sofa to table all were in poor condition.

Location and hygiene of the hotel is good. Faculties not available as promised like there was no hot water availability. Otherwise staff and other things are nice.
