Awesome location great view of the bhopal lake from excellent modern hotel room. For me rooftop pool is highlight which enhances your experience to new level. I would also like to mention that hotel staff including front desk executives are excellent and are delivering great service. Welcome gift was great and it will remain with us as good memory. Overall one of the execellent property of Taj in India.

I am a frequent flyer at Taj and everytime I come , there service stood out for me...I totally appreciate the staff humbleness, attention for every guest..These are the things which make you come back to Taj .Thanks to the most courteous Brijesh, ashish , Akash and Akilesh for impeccable service and smiles .

We stayed at the Taj Lakefront Bhopal on a tour of India while visiting the historical sites of Sanchi, Bhojpur, and Bhimbetka rock shelters. The hotel is new and feels luxurious and elegant as one would expect from a Taj hotel, with large rooms with all amenities and beautiful lake views. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible stay: To compensate for a booking mistake, they managed to upgrade us to a suite room even though the hotel was at full occupancy. The suite was very comfortable and quiet, with a spacious living room, a bedroom and two bathrooms, all very tastefully decorated. The restaurant staff was also fantastic at accommodating all of our dietary needs and restrictions, as well as showing great flexibility by providing us a full breakfast nearly one hour before the restaurant’s usual opening time. The taste and variety of the buffet was outstanding for both breakfast and dinner. We would like to extend our appreciation to the front office staff and the restaurant staff for making our stay a truly memorable experience from start to finish - They even provided a traditional handcrafted doll as a departure gift. The training and professionalism of the staff and the quality of the hotel was among the best we have found across dozens of five star hotels we have stayed at throughout India.

The decoration was amazing and they gave 2cakes ,one welcome cake and the other one was a complimentary cake .both were delicious and we as a couple had great time together and atmosphere was amazing... The staff named Rajendra and Vimla were very sweet and caring with us.

The worse experience, i thought taj become High commercial hotel , planning to quit to stay at taj group , all the properties looks same they dnt value Loyolty guest or loyalty program , simply all those are good to see on paper because they dnt implement those

Earlier, the reservation was prompt and helpful. They informed me that my contract rates had expired, but they did not even ask for a renewal. On enquiring, I learned that the prop has been going through a change in leadership, and maybe that is why some activities are not necessary, like retaining customers. But you can't avoid me, I still have better memories that will pull me to the Hotel.
