Greenland Premium Hotel

Hotel stay was good. Property location is very accessible that is the best thing. Room service and food quality was also good. Really appreciate the reception staff for their smooth checkin and checkout process.

First of all, they denied early check-in. After much request and wait, they allocated a room to freshen up. The so-called deluxe room was horrible. Moist room inadequate lights 3 ltr geyser bed was terrible with springs in it. No complimentary water provided breakfast was only 1 type either you eat or leave it. It's the worst hotel ever i've ever stayed in bhubaneswar till now. The behavior of the manager was non co operating. He was ignoring my complaints. Most horrible experience ever i had in my 1 year stay. If you return me the whole amount, even the inconvenience i faced there for 6 days can not be compensated by any amount. So don't try to manage everything with money. You send your team there and have a look, and i want that hotel to be black listed by your app.

Visited first time at the hotel, location is good but room is not same as expected and was looking in image.

The condition of room is average.

The management is horrible. Response of the owner was so rude and rough. I would never suggest any one for checkin into this hotel.
