The Presidency

I have been here few times with my parents. They treat elder people with all service and respect. They even allow delayed checkout when I come with my parents. I went this time with 2 of my friends. Their behaviour was very casual and didn't treat us like we were important. Denied room service but called back again expecting we will order smtg in the expensive side. But again denied when we ordered smtg that was cheap. During checkout they told us to not delay or we will be charged half day price. Also I paid 5k rupees for one night stay. The room was not worth this much money. Creaky bathroom door, old low quality television, old ac that was creating lot of sound. This was 5th time I was visiting in 4 years and they've not repaired anything. This was the last time I visit this hotel. To me it seems like a place that is meant for old elder people who cannot afford luxury hotels so they settle for the next best thing. Even when I had gone to book a room for my parents last year with a male friend they were making it look very suspicious and weird by asking him not to come in. If Indian society's typical aunty and uncle could build a hotel this would be the one. Gave this hotel a chance for 5 years but never coming back.

Worst then Worst. Dirty rooms, unhygienic towels. rooms services are very bad. Staff behavior worst. Nightmares for our Business guests. Never going to suggest this hotel to anyone. Fake likes and reviews are made online but request guest not to believe it

They have defective magnetic keys which need to be activated every time you enter the hotel.. When you leave room to explore Bhubaneswar, house keeping staff come inside and do their job without prior permission or information.when we asked, the desk staff and even the manager said this is our hotel policy. Siddhi kalyani Holidays recommended and booked a super deluxe room for my family. Smoky rooms. The refrigerator had chicken smell and alcohol.

The property was easy to locate. The staff was helpful and couteausy. Hygiene was maintained. Provided premium tea options.

Very good ambience & staff behaviour is very good basically Suresh babu from housekeeping manager very cooperative. Food & bar is very clean & tasty. Location is heart of the city. As I am staying for 4 days I have very good experience. Then I often stayed here.

nice hotel. clean rooms. prompt service. good options for food. can easily get transport. courteous staff. breakfast is ok.
