The location boasts stunning greenery, while the rooms are impeccable. The hotel staff are courteous, with special mention to Prabhashini from housekeeping who consistently goes above and beyond. Restaurant ambience and hygiene were very well…the staff was very friendly especially Prabhasini & Pankaj were very helpful… food quality & Taste were felt us like they were home made..and the varieties they choose to make at buffet very amazing…. Thank you so much

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. However, I deducted a star due to the room size being a bit small and some cleanliness issues. Despite this, I would still recommend the hotel for its excellent service. 4/5 stars.

Very good service and hospitality . Excellent service given by Sukanta panda and Subhasish . Because of the excellent service , i have extended my stay by two more days . Thank you for the amazing stay and I must appreciate the house keeping team upkeep and maintenance to make sure i had a pleasant stay .

Good service and comfortable feeling. Ah, this is my second time in Odisha, India. I'm really delighted to stay at Ginger Hotel. The environment here is extremely comfortable. The rooms are clean, the facilities are complete, and the service is attentive. Although there are occasional power outages, the hotel restores power quickly. Madhusmita(housekeeping) helped in cleaning room well, and changed everything as requested. I requested necessary bathroom things it was provided by her. She cleaned the room and changed bed sheet pillow cover as asked. Thank you Madhusmita for your support

Wonderful experience and food , Great ambience . Overall all staff take care of needs and services and ensures comfortable stay and hygienic food . The hotel is strategically located and connected to city . I recommend the hotel as great place to stay
