Siamo stati in questo hotel solo una notte, devo dire che hotel nonostante fosse nel centro del.paese , Biancavilla appunto,molto carino,curato soprattutto silenzioso.L' Hotel gode di una piscina e un solarium,molto bello. La nostra stanza una matrimoniale Delux bella ,stile moderno,pulita,bagno grande con doccia idromassaggio tutto impeccabile. Personale cordiale e gentili.Forse nota dolente la colazione... Diciamo che nn era colazione internazionale 😊. Cmq noi siamo stati solo una notte ma lo consiglio sicuramente

Ci sono andato con la mia ragazza dopo una giornata ad etnaland, abbiamo preso una matrimoniale economy, offre una quantità di servizi ottima, piscina, parcheggio, colazione inclusa ottima e con abbastanza scelta, condizionatore in stanza. Personale molto gentile che ci ha fatto trovare in stanza all’arrivo due bottigliette d’acqua (offerte, cosa non scontata) e ci ha consigliato per la cena un posto ottimo. Stanza, nonostante economy, molto carina, pulita e spaziosa con una bellissima doccia e SkyTv incluso.

Un’esperienza davvero unica! Da molti anni e per lavoro viaggio molto spesso e quando mi trovo in Sicilia la mia base preferita rimane il Casale dei Greci, una struttura situata a Biancavilla, alle porte di Catania, facile da raggiungere, davvero bella e dotata di ogni confort e comodità. Un Hotel molto pulito e accogliente. Lo staff è super efficiente e allo stesso tempo molto cordiale e sempre disponibile ad ogni tipo di esigenza. Il cibo è sempre fresco abbondante e di ottima qualità. La struttura è dotata anche di piscina ed è situata a pochi km da parco dellEtna. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità prezzo! Pernotto con molto piacere in questa struttura, che purtroppo riesco a visitare solo poche volte l’anno. Però ogni volta che ci ritorno, trovo qualcosa di nuovo, qualcosa di bello e di diverso, frutto della passione e dell’impegno dello staff e dei titolari Massimo e Gianfranco Garufi, che portano avanti questo fantastico progetto imprenditoriale da decenni. Lo consiglio vivamente. Il mio voto è 10+++

In questa struttura accogliente ho trovato tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno. Un letto comodo per dormire, pulizia eccellente e personale molto disponibile. Ringrazio in modo particolare le ragazze della reception, molto competenti nel loro lavoro, risolvendo con la loro disponibilità e gentilezza infinita in maniera tempestiva, qualsiasi tipo di problema, ottimo anche il servizio lavanderia.

Abbiamo scelto il Casale per una vacanza a Etnaland. L’ottima logistica si unisce alla gentilezza e disponibilità dei gestori. Camere pulitissime e bella anche la piscina. Buona la Colazione. Consigliatissimo per vacanze in famiglia e con amici.

Sono stata invitata ad un matrimonio distante ore dal mio paese perciò facendo una ricerca ho trovato questo hotel vicino alla sala devo dire che il personale è stato meraviglioso! Molto disponibili, non ho avuto alcun tipo di problema. La piscina è fantastica, La colazione è stata gradita anche se mi aspettavo qualcosa in più… Le stanze nuove e impeccabili peccato per la pulizia del giorno dopo.. poco soddisfacente… però se fate presente questo particolare state sereni che per il resto è fantastico lo consiglio!

Delusa da tutto. Ma soprattutto dall'indifferenza e arroganza del personale. Quasi tutto e' andato storto e molte cose potevano essere evitate ma qui il team non e' in grado a causa di mancanza delle conoscenze e sicuramente perche la gestione e' solo a senso unico, senza guardare al cliente ma solo a fare soldi. Ritornero spesso in sicilia e nella zona ma sicuramente mai piu qui. Davvero sotto ogni standard. Soprattutto sulla privacy, sicurezza, pulizia e gestione dei soldi al checkin.
