Ambiente molto confortevole ed altrettanto pulito, stanze ben arredate fornite di ogni comfort, compresi macchinetta del caffe' con tutto l'occorrente e le brioches + piccolo frigo con due bottigliette d'acqua. Menu' pranzo e cena con alto rapporto qualità prezzo. I piatti sono veramente squisiti, cucinati con cura e cibi freschi.Eccellente, gentilissimo servizio sala e reception. L'unica nota dolente e' il comportamento della titolare Angela, molto gentile e simpatica appena arrivi durante l'accoglienza, mutevole quando commette delle scorrettezze evidenti, come con il sottoscritto, che hanno portato anche a vivere delle situazioni poco piacevoli con la propria consorte. Di fatto la proprietaria Angela non risponde piu' al telefono e rifiuta qualunque forma di semplice confronto civile, finalizzato al chiarimento di eventuali incomprensioni e trovare una soluzione costruttiva, non la solita frase liquidatoria del tipo : "se non le va, si trovi un altro posto dove andare "... Voglio ringraziare hotel ristorante la torretta per la giornata fantastica che ho passato in occasione della cresima dei miei figli. È stato tutto fantastico a partire dalla disponibilità delle signore Rita e Angela, ospitalità, scelta del menù, appetitivo, organizzazione, ci siamo sentiti tutti coccolati come a casa. Ma soprattutto abbiamo mangiato benissimo tutto molto buono.

Le camere sono molto antiquate ma pulite. Il ristorante propone un menù ispirato alla tradizione piemontese con piatti che all'assaggio sono risultati discreti o poco più: peperone in bagna cauda... freddina, buon piatto di carne cruda, risotto dal sapore gradevole ma decisamente duro anche per gli amanti della cottura "al dente", bunèt da dimenticare: più un frappè al cioccolato che il noto dolce. Sicuramente sanno fare di meglio, vista la tradizione che vantano, ma quella sera per noi è andata così. Aggiungo che la dicitura "parcheggio gratuito" induce a pensare a qualche posto auto adiacente alla struttura e visibile dalla camera, se non addirittura ad un cortile interno. No: parcheggio nella piazza antistante. Ok, troppo ottimismo da parte nostra. In compenso il personale è gentilissimo ed i costi non sono eccessivi.
