Very well-located hotel, close to shops and the beach.
Spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. Very comfortable bedding! Friendly staff.

Poor reception, akward and non-helpful. Arriving late, we asked the receptionist for a restaurant suggestion. He refused, just pointed out at the street. The hotel is fresh and newly renowated. Rooms are ok, however a bit unusual, location is great, problem is we never felt as guests, breakfast was good, well worth the price.

First of all, it is not so easy to find a perfect place in Biarritz. We choose the Cosmopolitean. In the end we left with mixed feelings: POSITIVE: Friendly staff, hotel is really centrally located, beach and central-market very close. Excellent parking (by use of the hotel-service card for the public parking house) and last but not least an excellent bar with realy creative drinks. NEGATIVE: looks worn (but it is clean!), rooms in the main building are very small. Rooms in the annex building are larger, but are located groundfloor and have therefore blinded windows (so no daylight). Biggest disadvantage: the place is very noisy: during the day from the traffig, during the night from the entry of the night-club opposite. Therefore, it is hardly to let the window open during the nigth. However, if closed, the elderly AC is loud. So you need definitely a pair of ear-plugs if you want to sleep. (at least at the site of the building where our room was located).

Excellent customer service. Cute little hotel close to the water with a very helpful staff. Nice simple rooms with great continental breakfast in the morning. Relaxing cafe at street level. Lots of restaurants nearby Easy access to all areas of town

The position of the hotel is great. Right in middle of Biarritz. There is a nice bar for drinks & breakfast. Breakfast was €13 each & was ok. The reason for the 3* rating was the room was just ok & nothing more. The door to the room was heavy & ill fitting & the loo was extremely small (separate from shower). Shower needed a good bleaching as grouting grubby. (It’s such an easy thing to remedy I don’t know why hotel owners don’t sort it). A bit of retiling needed too. Overall, not too bad; small room but ok.

un moment très agréable, rapport qualité/prix sans faille, accueil irréprochable. Il n'y a rien à redire, les produits sont frais, un choix varié, le personnel adorable, la salle très chic et confortable .bien que ce soit sans réservation, nous n'avons pas eu beaucoup à attendre...bref, à refaire!!

Nous y sommes allés aujourd'hui vers 13h30, pour un brunch en famille. Tout etait excellent, fait maison, varié, gouteux, complet, pour tous les goûts (sucré, salé) et les enfants ont payé demi-tarif (bon, il a fallu demander, mais ...). Bref, nous recommandons cette experience et reviendrons (nous sommes voisins, à l'est 😀)

Nous sommes venus uniquement pour le brunch et ce dernier était franchement décevant... Tout d'abord, nous avions réservé et notre table était encore indisponible à l'heure de la réservation. Nous avons dû attendre dehors par temps de pluie... La disposition des produits n'est vraiment pas pratique et beaucoup de produits tout prêt. Nous avons été bien déçu. En revanche les employés étaient très gentil.

Brunch dimanche matin 26 € par personne : qualité moyenne des plats, tant en présentation qu'en goût ; très peu de choix de charcuterie (pauvre jambon blanc), buffet peu fourni, peu de fruits, gâteau à la banane pas très goûteux et sec, riz au lait compact et très dur, etc... vaisselle encore pleine d'eau et pas essuyée et que dire de l'accueil : très froid, pas souriant , le tout dans une salle pleine de courants d'air et à la propreté douteuse...Nous ne recommandons pas et n'y reviendrons pas
