Hotel stay was comfortable but the room service allowed yourself to forget about the evening service for three days. Bedding was changed once every three days... but smile and politely promise.

L’hôtel est super bien placé et très reposant . La vue est superbe. L’hôtel mériterait une petite rénovation , mais tout le reste est super . Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour et le personnel est très à l’écoute et gentil.

The breakfast was quite satisfactory. The room was upgraded to a family room with two children. The sofa in the family room can accommodate 2 children, which is very big. At 12 o'clock, the check-in was only given at 2:30, and the late check-out was not given the next day. The location is very good, just across the casino, and it's convenient to go anywhere.

The staffs are very helpful and friendly as well as the amenities such as spa and massage treatment. They also provided delicious Basque Foods for choices. The location is absolutely nearby the Beach that taking about few mins walking apart. I would highly recommend to people who are planning in Biarritz

The room is very, very small, the window faces another wall, and there is air conditioning outside. Breakfast is not selected, but breakfast is actually included. The location is very good, just beside the *** and the beach, the bus can reach it directly. It rained on the day I went, so I probably won’t go live again

Very good location, room had everything I needed for a short stay. I wish the best for the grumpy lady who was running the check in. Your attitude is an optional choice no matter the life circumstance xx
