Das Hotel liegt außerhalb von Bieberach und ist direkt an der Therme angeschlossen. Diese kann für Hotelgäste auch kostenlos mit benutzt werden.
Mein Eindruck von dem Hotel war leider eher weniger gut. Die Wäsche wagen stehen an allein Tagen direkt neben meiner Zimmertüre. Beim beziehen des Zimmers waren 2 lange schwarze Haare in der Dusche und dem Waschbecken. Die Betten scheinen in die Jahre gekommen zu sein und ich habe die Nächte schlecht geschlafen.
Das Frühstück ist super! Jedoch fand ich von dem Personal nicht super das der eine Kollege das auf den Boden gefallene glutenfeie Brot einfach wieder zu den anderen auf das Buffet gelegt hat! Man sollte das Personal scheinbar mal Schulen.
Mein Resümee: das nächste Mal werde ich woanders schlafen

We had a very nice weekend in the hotel. We were very impressed with the room and the attached thermal baths. The breakfast was OK, but it lacked care and cleanliness. The salad buffet was not particularly attractively presented and the labels left a lot to be desired (e.g. pasta salad, vegetarian or not?) The comments from the service staff, who were mainly trainees, were sometimes very inappropriate. Here are just one or two examples. The comment about the milk leaking at the table was answered with the following sentence: "Oh, it's running like my nose." Another example at breakfast. I have a "full" plate in my hand and the waitress asks: "Can I take it with me?" I just said no, I want to eat it. The waitress then said: "But I want the food. I'm hungry too." Of course, with a laugh afterwards. It was even very unpleasant at times, which we also noticed from the tables next to us. Otherwise, we were very satisfied and had a lovely weekend all round.

Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt im Parkhotel Jordanbad - vor allem von den Zimmern. Wir waren im Haus Hildegard untergebracht. Der Ausblick war auf ein sehr ungepflegtes Stück Wiese vor einem Baustellenschild. Einen Blick in den Park hatten wir uns anders vorgestellt! Im Zimmer selbst fanden wir ein verschimmeltes Weinglas auf der Fensterbank. Die einzige Leselampe am Bett war defekt und obwohl die Dame an der Rezeption versprach, jemanden zu schicken, um die Glühbirne zu wechseln, haben wir auch die zweite Nacht mit unseren Taschenlampen lesend verbracht. Frühstück und Abendessen waren gut. Insgesamt passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis allerdings nicht und wir würden nicht mehr in diesem Haus buchen.

Mit dem Angebot „kleine Auszeit“ bekommt man Wellness deutlich günstiger als normalerweise!! Das Zimmer war zwar etwas altmodisch eingerichtet, allerdings hat es uns an nichts gefehlt und die Sauberkeit war top! Große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbüffet und auch das 5 Gänge Menü war sehr lecker. Auch gefallen hat uns die Möglichkeit, eine green Option bei der Zimmerreinigung zu wählen. Besonders erwähnenswert sind die Mitarbeiter! Egal ob am Empfang, die Reinigungskräfte oder die Mitarbeiter im Service beim Essen - alle sind freundlich, sehr zugewandt und geben ihr Bestes, um keine Wünsche offen zu lassen. Ich bin nicht das erste und ganz sicher nicht das letzte Mal hier!

Wir haben 2 Erwachsene + 1 Kind HP gebucht. Dann wird ein Gesamtpreis angezeigt. Das haben wir gebucht. Nach dem Abendessen bei der Rechnung haben wir gesehen das unser Sohn extra kostet. Im Kleingedruckten bei der Buchung steht: Täglich 5-Gang-Wahlmenü pro Erwachsener (freitags Mottobuffet) Das heißt wenn 2 Erwachsene + 1 Kind HP buchen dann bekommt das Kind nichts zum Essen bzw. gegen Aufpreis darauf wurden wir nicht hingewiesen. Ich denke das ist eine Absichtlicher Versuch nochmal ein paar Euro rauszuholen man kann ja schließlich kein Kind auf dem Zimmer lassen und 5 Gänge essen. Aus der Reaktion der Mitarbeiterin war zu entnehmen das dieses Problem wohl fast täglich auftaucht und sich Eltern hier Abgezockt vorkommen.

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel mit Bademantelgang zur angeschlossenen Therme. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wer Ruhe und Erholung braucht ist hier genau richtig. Es gibt ein sehr vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet - für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Das Personal, insbesondere das Servicepersonal ist sehr aufmerksam. Alle sind überaus freundlich zu den Gästen. Wir fühlen uns bei jedem Besuch sehr wohl und kommen immer wieder herzlich gerne.
