Nice hotel right on slope. Lovely family rooms, small but perfectly formed except we were x2 adults with x2 teenagers in a family room... the shower is see through... not ideal but we worked around it. Buffet food average, bar was nice and never too busy, water was only available to buy, I feel there should be a station to fill your water bottles they have this at breakfast but then turn it off. Beautifully designed hotel, lovely pool, ideal location, comfortable beds. Staff were not super friendly but not rude. I would return.

TLDR: lots to do, family friendly, location is a bit off Visited with family (2 adults, 11 yo, 13 yo) off season. At the time pricing was really tempting and the hotel delivered what was expected. It’s actually more of a resort than a hotel: there is a gym, swimming pool (with an amazing view to Alps), kids’ play room, weekly program etc. It’s also kind of designed in a way that you are expected to eat at the hotel. Rooms are modern - and yes, that means that shower is in the same room. Luckily they’ve been realistic enough to have the toilet behind closed doors. There are no facilities to eat/drink anything in your room. To us this is a big minus, we’re used to Northern European locations where a mini fridge, electric kerros and stuff like that are basic stuff. Also: one of the adults had to sleep in bunk bed (upper one) because kids didn’t think there was enough bedrail. The location is a bit off, there are only few restaurants or such nearby. We basically bought everything from Germany ’cause we needed to use car anyway. On the other hand location is great, we visited Zugspitze, Wank and Neuschwanstein Schloss and as I mentioned earlier, pricing was nice compared to prices in Germany during UEFA Euro 2024. My kid pointed out that his experience differed based on other guests. During the weekend there seemed to be more families that had parents in the restaurant and kids playing football in the shared areas (corridors, ”stairs”/slopes inside the hotel) and jumping to pool, while during the weekdays it was more relaxing. All in all, we were happy and got what expected.

Just a great place and excellent setting next to the ski slopes! Great options of sport and wellness! A great variety of food at the buffet including healthy ones, a place to remember and definitely to come back to.

Went for skiing holiday with the family. Perfect location right at the slope and the lift. Skiroom, room for shoes, a nice bar, perfect breakfast every morning, here you get everthing you need for a nice holiday!!!

We have stayed at My Tirol for 5 years now, we have enjoyed and its been a warm welcome every year, staff are always very helpful. Only comment would be, it would be nice to see the buffet meal labels to be in english along with food allergy information

After reading some of the previous reviews I have been not sure, if we pick the right plase. But upon arival, check in and actually the whole stay I realized, that the hotel is really good! We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, the whole ambience, great wellness area (BTW, the relax area which is right at the wellness area is pretty small, but there is another big relaxing room on the floor, just 10 m across the coridor. It was not bothering at all to get there. Food was really good. Breakfast with good and wide selection (they make really good omelets), dinner pretty tasty. To me well spent money for the half board. What is fantatstic is the location with proximity to the ski slope. Yes, there are just few slopes in this particular place, but during our stay, there was just a few other skiers. There are skibuses, which could take you to other slopes in Lermoos or to the Zugspitze arena. I would definitelly think about this hotel during our next ski trip planning.
