This turned out to be one of these small and highly enjoyable hotels. It is located on a hill directly next to the sea with stunning views. In the garden there is a jacuzzi and close to the hotel they have a pool. Rooms were clean and good. Breakfast was served by Marie and she's a wonderful person.

A beautiful hotel, very friendly staff, lovely clean spacious rooms, Great views. a lovely garden with pool and a private path down to the beach, passing a jacuzzi on the way. Unfortunately we were only there for one night. The next time we will stay longer!!

We (2 adults and 2 children) stayed at the Villa L’Arche in July. The hotel/villa was just beautiful. We got upgraded to an apparent with a sea view which was simply amazing. The rooms were lovely and the infinity pool was perfect temperature. Staff are friendly and helpful. There was a real relaxed feeling around the place. It is just 50 m from the beach and 6 km from St Jean de Luz and Biarritz. The beach is a 3 minute walk away and the Bidart town square is less than 5 minutes away. It was a real treat.

Hello Villa l'Areche: We just spent 13 days at the Villa l'Arche and loved the hotel but more importantly the exceptional service and kindness of three of the hotel staff made our stay very memorable!! These three: Nelly, Clementine and Marie are not only very professional but so often made the little extra effort to make us feel at home and welcome as guests at the hotel. Villa L'Arche was an amazing experience ! Don't miss it if you wish to visit Bidart and Pays Basque. The hotel has 9 rooms and 3 apartments. Our bedroom was a beautiful Junior Suite. A very large bedroom with ocean view, terrace and all the comfort especially the bed and mattress which provided us an excellent sleep. The breakfasts were excellent too ! Fresh squeezed orange juice, eggs, ham, cheese, yogurt, croissants, bread... Every morning was a delight. The location is great too between St Jean de Luz and Biarritz. And a 10 mn walk from Bidart lovely center. The hotel is also very relaxing and quiet as there are only 9 bedrooms. And therefore it's a very personalized service. The staff is very helpful, welcoming and friendly. The owner Florian is adorable and Marie is fantastic and always smiling. She's the one preparing and serving breakfast. Gorgeous little hotel with amazing views. Very warm welcome and all the staff we met were friendly and accommodating. Perfect stop over for us on our drive to Spain and back to the Uk. Easy to find and parking is available. A stroll the town for shops and restaurants. Super comfy bed and dog friendly. Highly recommended.

Hôtel 4 * situé en bordure de falaise avec une superbe vue sur l'océan. Un bâtiment pour l'hôtel avec 9 chambres ce qui est très appréciable que d'avoir si peu de chambres donc peu de monde, et un autre bâtiment avec quelques appartements en location. Décoration sobre mais de très bon goût. Nous avions une chambre Deluxe Océan avec une petite terrasse vue mer : taille de la chambre et équipement très satisfaisant, salle de bains très grande avec coin lavabo, douche et baignoire séparées, WC séparé. Petit déjeuner pris en terrasse proche de la piscine excellent, copieux, choix important en salé et sucré avec des produits de qualité. Personnel très professionnel et sympathique, que ce soit une charmante personne à l'accueil, et pour le service et les chambres. Piscine extérieure à débordement en inox et chauffée à 28 °. Terrain bien entretenu avec transats, jacuzzi et accès direct à une plage avec porte sécurisée. Garage limité en place (à réserver) mais avec un prix très raisonnable. Enfin pour ceux qui le souhaitent planches (charcuteries, fromages), salade des fruits etc à manger dans une petite salle agréable ou en chambres. Bref, nous qui voyageons beaucoup et sommes exigeants, avons trouvé cette adresse excellente et que nous conseillons sans hésiter.
