This is one of the worst high-end hotels I have ever stayed in. The bathroom smelled bad, and the bath water was so small that it was like borrowing water from someone else's house. Those who didn't know really thought Bijie was short of water. The temperature is not high, probably because I am afraid of burning coal, so the hand shower cannot be used. Bijie is 1,500 meters above sea level, and it gets cold at night in Bijie in autumn. There is no hot air in the room when the air conditioner is turned on. The receptionist told me that the central air conditioner is not yet turned on, so I told him to overcome it. If it doesn't work, just bring me a quilt. It’s so funny, you dare call this a high-end hotel.

半夜十一點多，房間突然開始異響！！！我一個女孩子住，打客服電話打兩三遍！先不接，後面第二個才接了磨磨唧唧才過來！嚇**！！！客房姐姐幫我倉惶搬走，早上發現漏了身份證，請客房幫忙找一下！等了十分鐘沒動靜在那玩手機，問什麼時候可以看一下，回答説：可能等至少半小時。半小時？不知道在磨嘰什麼，從這會我開始發脾氣了才讓經理來帶我上去！態度極差！！！別來住！！！又偏！（拍了視頻音量警告⚠️放不上來）

這次住的酒店客房真不錯！房間寬敞明亮，兩張床看着就乾淨整潔，床品摸起來軟軟的，感覺能睡個好覺。窗邊那兩把椅子和小桌子也很實用，能坐着看看窗外風景，聊聊天。牆上的裝飾畫很雅緻，整個房間氛圍温馨又寧靜，住在這裏太愜意啦，下次還來！
