想到入住的是老牌酒店怕老舊，但是實際入住後覺得南山還是很不錯的，體驗感完美。酒店前台人員服務熱情有禮，服務周到，細心；房間的各項配用物品也很全面，乾淨衞生；酒店的位置也很好，周邊環境舒適極了，空氣也很清新；完全能讓我們勞累一天的身體作個好好的休息，值得點贊推薦！！！！[強][強][強]

酒店的位置位置極為優越，交通便利，周邊設施豐富，環境優秀、無論購物、餐飲還是觀光遊玩都非常方便，步入酒店大堂，寬敞明亮的空間讓人心情愉悦。房間設計得既時尚舒適，佈置合理。在服務方面也很優秀，酒店員工服務意識非常強，能耐心用心的解答各種疑問。總的來説這次的入住體驗非常滿意，強烈推薦。

我訂了兩個房間就得給兩個差評，因為你值得。
我的酒店房間有非常明顯的噪音問題。晚上九點過我就打電話給前台反映，前台説是空調出了問題，正在聯繫工程部維修。結果等到十二點我回到房間，噪音還是一樣在。我再次打電話給前台，對方卻告訴我工程部已經下班了。我問：“那你們的解決方式是什麼？讓我在噪音裏睡覺嗎？”前台這才説可以換房間，並叫人帶我去看房。但看了新房間，空調聲音還是一樣大。我問前台有沒有其他辦法，對方衹回了一句：“那要不您退房？”我當場就傻了，大半夜讓我退房，我住哪？這是什麼態度？你們明知道房間有問題，還拿出來給客人住，整個過程沒有一點主動解決問題的意思，完全是我問一步才動一步。我訂的大床房，後面我迫於無奈換了個下層的標間。
而且，最後我發現原房間的噪音根本不衹是空調的問題——那個房間是就算關了空調，還是有很大的噪音（類似房頂抽水的聲音）。
可以説這是一次非常令人生氣的入住體驗。我真的搞不懂，你們前台到底是臨時湊的草台班子，還是節假日根本就不想上班？

地理位置優越，離商場很近，房間很乾凈舒適，wifi也很好，看電影也不卡，空調製熱也不錯，洗浴設施也很全。特別是前台接待員很熱情，每次進門就問好，還有免費停車位，下次還會選擇這家酒店！
