The room was clean and tidy. It was very cold outside, but the heater was turned on in advance after entering, so it was very warm. The location is easy to find, but it is inconvenient if you need to park. The parking space is severely insufficient. The community can’t park the car. There is no kettle and a drinking fountain, but there is no water. After telling the landlord, I told you to send water, but I only stayed for one day. Check out if it is not delivered, the landlord will repeatedly remind you to check out, there are washed sheets and quilts hanging in the room

博爾曼真的是這次旅行的最大驚喜，停好車還有小哥哥幫忙搬行李，酒店經理和樓面經理一路送我們進去，400塊的價格，希爾頓逸林的體驗，所以當晚就續訂了。作為旅行的最後一站，回程路上有不短的時間都在聊博爾曼。 先説用餐體驗，二樓的餐廳包廂環境非常好，服務小姐姐漂亮又專業，三樓早餐廳可以看圖，裝修還是很用心的，我在拍照的時候貌似酒店AD還在和廚師長商量運營細節，同時很貼心的讓開了機位讓我拍照（筆芯），整體環境如圖。菜品方面，早餐如圖，基本上兼顧了營養和熱量；二樓菜品兼容性個人認為比較好，基本上川粵徽的胃都能照顧到。房間環境如圖，我覺得是準星級標準，入住體驗非常棒！ 説説值得改進的地方：裝修精度在細節處還是有上升空間的，不過一般不會有人注意到。對了，淋浴花灑套裝管路檢修一定要及時哦，有些漏水，另外出水恆温需要進一步穩定。我這個房間的電視直播會卡死，應該是網絡優化沒有完成，還有房間對樓道隔音還是有優化空間的，記得提醒七樓的裝修師傅乘坐客用梯的時候不要吸煙，師傅們很辛苦，但電梯裏吸煙還是讓人很難綳。其它真的找不出不滿意的地方，樓麪價400的酒店，黔西博爾曼絕對是1200＋的體驗！性價比絕對沒有任何槽點； 硬件説完了説説軟件，酒店的企業文化還是比較明顯的，所有司職人員的服務態度都太太太好！好的有一丟丟over了，如果體驗過希爾頓逸林和萬豪的服務，就會發現其實司職人員的態度是禮貌和紳士，處於一種很尊重你但你會明顯感覺到距離感的程度，這是一種品牌調性，同時也能讓客户尊重司職人員。説人話就是服務即可，不用達到“伺候”的程度。總之博爾曼酒店從內到外都有一種想要脱穎而出的生命力，建議是小步快跑迅速迭代服務水平，把握好尺度會事半功倍。很感謝酒店用心接待我們的所有司職人員，除開環境，我們一行人在博爾曼的美好體驗很大程度來自於他們，這也是我會強調好的品牌調性會讓客人對他們保持足夠尊重的原因。 總結：沒有什麼坑，放心入住，超值體驗，旅程加分項 最後祝博爾曼開業大吉，一本萬利！

Very very good, the environment is beautiful, the staff is very very good, the girl in the restaurant is very polite, the little brother in the sightseeing car is very warm, the security guards at the door are friendly and enthusiastic, and they will definitely come again if they have a chance. There are a few small suggestions, the exhaust of the bathroom has to be tested again, the taste is a bit big. Can the music played from morning to night in the scenic spot be changed?
