This hotel deserves maximum 1 star. When we arrived here the room smelled like there was a cow living there. The floor was dirty and broken, there is literally a hole in the room. Nobody cleaned the floor or the toilet. The carpet looks disgusting We where shown a different room with the same smell, hole in the floor and level of cleanliness. The shower was black and dirty in that room. In the lobby the couches and chairs are broken and very old. As the hotel was booked out (couldn’t believe why someone would want to stay here) we booked another hotel and left. Also the hotel is very far from the city New update: We were supposed to get the money back and now 3 days later the sales manager is lying and saying that there was no deal! This is very disappointing and this experience is absolutely horrible.

The stay was for overnight. We checked in around 10 pm. The rooms were good. Breakfast was also nice. The problem we faced was too much of mosquitoes in the room and there was no hot water in tap as the water was very cold. However, the hotel provided hot water in bucket, which was good.

Very peaceful and comfortable, staff are very calm and cooperative. Breakfast, dinner etc are very delicious. We would like to visit again very soon if possible. We enjoyed a lot. Thanks to all staff and hotel management. Ok by by see you again.

Overall a very nice property , however, the restaurant staff needs lot of improvement and the taste of food is really pathetic. TV not working, water leak issue in toilet. We raised our voice for all these issues, the Hotel GM made our breakfast complementry.

Very nice heritage place ....very coperarive staff.....specially mandeep singh in breakfast area was very hospitable...took full care of our meal....hygiene and cleanliness was up to the mark...........up the good work team vesta..

A great place to stay and an amazing property. ***** with this their service is impeccable . The restaurant is outstanding..they catered to personal requests right away even when it was not on the menu. Mandeep Singh is the restaurant staff that provided us great service.

Right from welcome at reception, housekeeping, restaurant, the staff were prompt on toes and always had smile. Mr. Patra at restaurant was always a step ahead in taking care of our need. The room were well maintained. Courtyard maintenance to be taken care.

The staff is really nice and helpful, especially Ranbir Singh. He was pleasant and a fast server. The food in the restaurant is really good and the rooms look luxurious compared to other hotels I’ve been to in India. Everything is aesthetically pleasing to look at. I also like the inclusion of the library and table tennis room.
