This is a wonderful hotel in a great location. The bed was comfortable, the room clean and well appointed. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Would love to stay here again. It was close to the train station, lots of restaurants nearby. Quiet at night.

Although this hotel only provides a room and bed it does so with a great deal of style and at a reasonable price. The room we had was spacious with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was stylish with a great shower. The staff are very friendly and informative. It is situated in the old town so, in our view, the location was brilliant. It is either a short tram ride or a 20 min walk to the Guggenheim. Although no meals are provided it is connected to a very good bar/restaurant. The bar area sells a limited range of pintxos. There is no shortage of local cafes/restaurants in the old town. Parking is not 'next door' it is across the square less than 5 mins away. My wife and I really liked this hotel.

As a couple in our 60s we have stayed in a many hotels worldwide over 40 years - But this Hotel is superb - based on value for money - comfort- location - but the exceptional staff are the real difference here. Their attitude, attention to detail & recommendations were just what we asked them for.

Central location I the old town with plenty of dinning options just around the corner particularly in the plaza nueva behind the hotel, clean rooms and a friendly staff, our room was facing an interior shaft with a small terrace and was extremely quiet. We found breakfast at the small bakery around the corner vis a vis the theatre.

Fabulous hotel, ever so helpful friendly staff. Perfect location in the old town for all the major attractions, Guggenheim, Basilica, Mercado, etc. The bar which forms part of the hotel is a lovely place to relax over breakfast, with a great food selection. The room was clean and had a really good shower and good tea / coffee making facilities. The hotel staff are the best, will only stay here when in Bilbao.
