DO NOT STAY HERE! Summary of the negatives 1. Dirty - The staff cleaned once a day, after checkout. When we arrived, at 3pm, it was dirty. By the next morning, it was disgusting. 2. Not good service - The workers were unhelpful, and although we were given a number that we could WhatsApp, they did not answer. They also lied about the safety of the pods. 3. Not soundproof - Although it looks like a cheap stay, you are being overcharged. I would describe the material of these capsules as a tent-trailer material. Cheap plastic. You can hear everytime that a door is opened or closed. 4. The lights in the pods do not turn off. - Although some can be turned off, the room is never truly dark. It remains a bright blue the whole night, which prevents sleep. 5. The bedding - terrible quality, and the duvet will not keep you warm. And again, I just need to restate how dirty and disgusting these rooms are. The showers had overflowed into the toilet area in the restroom, because they were clogged. The floors in the bathrooms were permanently wet. The change rooms were covered in hair.

The capsules are tiny; could not sleep because you hear everything and everyone opening or shutting the capsules; the bathrooms are dirty and there wasn’t hot water. The lockers are tiny; there is no space to put the bags; there aren’t mirrors so we can dress. The lights went several times down and some people kept locked in the capsules because the sistem is 100% eletric; there are no manual lockers. this can be very dangerous in case of a fire for instance… Very bad experience.

I was fortunate to sleep very well in my capsule for the three nights my friend and I stayed here. My friend was so unlucky to be in a capsule next to someone snoring all night in his/her capsule. Sound really travels in this place, so do bring earplugs. Staff - very friendly and very helpful, so we felt welcome. The place was a bit dirty. We found the place to be too expensive for what we got, but other cheaper options in Bilbao were fully booked. But then it was a funny experience to stay at a Capsule Hotel. However, will probably not do it again; it is too inconvenient, too noisy and too expensive.

La estancia ha sido pésima por no decir desastrosa. A las 2 de la madrugada, tuvimos que llamar porque justo al lado de nuestra cápsula estaba la máquina de la calefacción. Era imposible dormir, ni tan si quiera con tapones, que ya amablemente te ofrecen en el check in....sin tu saber lo que te espera..... Detrás de ese ruido, que amablemente desconectaron, continuaron las idas y venidas de los demás huésped. La puerta de la cápsula al deslizarla se escuchaba desde la primera a la última del pasillo....conllevando así interrupciones continúas de sueño. En el baño....que decir... Duchas atascadas donde se te sumergen los pies porque el desagüe no traga y no tiene un mantenimiento adecuado.... Decidimos hablar con la chica de recepción , que solo te da la razón por contentarte.....sabiendo demás que eno será mi la primera ni la última queja por estos aspectos.... Adelantamos el check out y ni se ofendieron....

No se puede dormir, mucho ruido de las puertas de las cápsulas, se escucha todo, entra mucha luz, las puertas son de plástico y no encajan perfectamente, hacen tanto ruido... El TV no funciona, los baños sucios, la gente haciendo litros en la sala contigua y saliendo y entrando a golpes en la habitación... La cápsula huele a pies, y sobretodo, he pasado un friooooo. Y además, se permiten el lujo de cobrarte por esto...

La zona en sí es muy ruidosa, se escucha mucho a la gente del pasillo abriendo y cerrando la puerta y a los "vecinos" de otras cápsulas. No se podía (o al menos no me indicaron cómo) regular la temperatura en el interior y pasé calor. Sin embargo luego no había agua caliente en las duchas (me ocurrió 2 de los 3 días que estuve). El enchufe dentro de la cápsula no funciona bien y salí cada mañana con el móvil a medio cargar. La cápsula tenía un olor no malo pero especialmente fuerte y no sé si podría tratarse de algún producto de limpieza pero se hizo incómodo. En sí la cápsula me parece cómoda y me ha gustado el concepto pero me parece demasiado caro para lo que se ofrece. Al fin y al cabo para mí la diferencia esencial con una habitación de hostal es la presencia de televisión en el habitáculo, de la cual no hice ni uso.

Es curioso, es diferente, es económico, pero tiene muchas deficiencias Pero por el precio no puedes pedir mas Los enchufes de las capsulas no cargan Muchas opciones tecnologicas no funcionan A la mañana no queda papel de wc Los baños y las duchas, sucias y viejas y rotas, muy desgastado convendria restaurar y invertir un poco Y el espacio de las taquillas un caos, en hora punta no se cabe Tiene la sesacion de futurista, pero en general es cutre, aun asi, la ropa de cama y de baño es limpio Necesita mantenimiento que parece que no lo hacen
