The only good thing about this smelly, dirty outdated motel with awful service is its location close to airport and the beach. Please, please, avoid at all costs.

This is a rural family vacation house, a single house with two bedrooms and three beds. It is designed for urban families in Melbourne to experience life in the countryside on weekends. The room is clean and the facilities are acceptable. You have to drive there. There is a park next to it. Not open, sneaked in and took lots of pictures of the birds. Well worth it.
