Place is like a parking lot. No room at all. All motorhomes are on top of each other. Pool was ok but Waffle House customers have a great view of the guests in pool. When I checked in I believe I was told that trash would be picked up from my site. The first night I took it to the dumpster the second day I left early and assumed it would be picked up , to my surprise when I got charged $15 because the had to take my trash back 20 feet to the dumpster. I called and some rude dude called back and wouldn’t waive the fee ( obviously I wouldn’t have left the bag if in thought they wouldn’t pick it up ) Make a long story short the dude must be shirts of cash , so he uses these situations to nickel and dime guests. Stay away from!!

We have stayed here several times! We always enjoy our time here! I read some reviews where people were unhappy with this resort because of karaoke. If you are wanting a quieter experience, I recommend you stay on the other side of the resort. I honestly appreciate that Gulf Beach allows guests to have events that encourage making new friends. I have made many friends here and appreciate the management. They have always shown a true sense of southern hospitality! Thanks for providing a nice, clean park! Your efforts are appreciated.

The owners are horrible people and honestly don't give a $hit about anything. They just happen to own the land and run it like slum lords with zero effort on their part. I recommend you find another place to stay.

The site was amazing with great view of the beach although the ocean was disgusting and brown had no idea it is always yucky! The sandy beach was white and beautiful! The pool was ok! Needed to be vacuumed and bathroom was gross. Furniture was nice! Our site 63 was perfect, looked straight across to the ocean!

This is my second stay at the Gulf Beach RV resort. The park is modern and well maintained, with a very simple layout for spots - easy to get in and out and around, with plenty of room. The staff is friendly and available. Bathrooms and laundry are clean and accessible. Wifi is good enough for streaming, though I wasn't there when it was crowded. I didn't use the pool, but it is right up front with a view of the Boulevard and beach, along with some nice gathering areas, gazebos and pavilions for friends. A dog walk and grass along the edges for the pooches. Everything in Biloxi and Gulfport is an easy drive. All-in-all, my go-to spot in Biloxi for a relaxing, hassle-free stay.

The park is very nice and clean. Well taken care of with some trees. The pool is very nice. You can sit out there and look across the street to the beach. Spaces are not huge, but not on top of each other. We really liked this park, and Biloxi. There is a great restaurant where you can sit outside right at the beach front. It's called Shaggy's. Highly recommend!!

The Good: Location good for getting to all that Biloxi/Gulfport/Bay St Louis have to offer. Patio facing the water was a nice spot to have a beverage in the afternoon. Staff friendly, laundry & bathrooms clean, and free ice. Site size OK, they are cement. Semi-quiet most of the time. The Not-So-Good: Weekends totally different from weekdays as far as noise. More guests at motel next door and the highway was super busy. Realize nothing the park can do about this-just mentioned for future guests. The Far Less Than Good: Pool not heated (owner's choice, ok...) but the large amount of sand in the bottom was there on Day 1 of our stay and was still there on Day 14 when we left. Some folks let their kids swim in it, we didn't venture in as we never saw it cleaned once. The Internet access was some of the worst we've experienced when traveling. The only place it seemed to work was if you went and sat inside the clubhouse.

Great location across the beach highway from the Gulf. Cement sites that are level. The Waffle House is close and offers a discount. Extremely clean restrooms and showers. Pool is clean with ample seating and their is a deck with tables and chairs.
