For the first time in my whole business and leisure life, my room has not been cleaned up in a hotel room. The clerk simply told us that the kind of room we had, (number 225 on the door, otherwise, the same as any other room on the same floor) had “weekly cleanup”… what kind of person (in this case family) could live in a hotel without even venting the room for a week??? This is supposedly no airbnb appartment. It is a hotel apartment room and nobody ever told us that we were going to stay in a pigstry… I absolutely did not expect this

Cogimos un pack romántico para celebrar nuestra noche de bodas. La ubicación del hotel bien y fácil de aparcar. La zona del hall con un estilo moderno, la recepción para realizar el check-in atentos y amables. La habitación muy bonita, acogedora, adornada con el pack romántico y sobre todo la bañera un puntazo. La zona de spa bien aunque la gente que había no sabía respetar el tono de voz. Tuvimos un leve contratiempo con el secador de la habitación que dejo de funcionar y al llamar a recepción la chica nos dijo que hasta el lunes no había personal de mantenimiento y que lo suyo seria que se secara a lo natural (quedandose bien ancha). La cena que incluia en el pack muy buena y el desayuno continental completo. Posiblemente volveremos.

Hotel con muy buenas instalaciones. Spa con circuito completo para la hora que ofrecen. Sobre el restaurante, nos quedamos a cenar el menú y podemos decir que los platos estuvieron bien preparados. El desayuno buffet, ofrecía variedad. A mejorar la opción del pan sin gluten. Por último, el día de salida tuvimos un percance con el agua caliente que no funcionaba en todo el hotel.

El hotel está bastante accesible sin embargo cambian el precio de todos sus platos de comida según les parece, esta última temporada de fiestas mayores le subieron el precio a la comida casi tres euros y lo han mantenido. Los precios que tienen son bastante desorbitados para las raciones de comida que te ofrecen.

Yo Aconsejo al Sr. Manel Ortiz que la Recepcion de un hotel es el elemento principal para que funcione bien un hotel ..En estel hotel Ciudad de Binefar lo pongo en duda....Mi hijo me regalo una Wonderbox y me puse en contacto co el hotel para reserva del 22 de agosto al 23 de agosto..En cuanto les dije en Recepcion que era a traves de una Wonderbox me tomaron los datos mios y de la Wonderbox y que en breve me dirian Algo..Pasaron unos dias y como NO tenia respuesta Llame para preguntar porque NO me decian nada de mi reserva..En Recepcion NO les sento nada bien pero me confirmaron la reserva..Desgraciadamente por probremas de Salud NO voy a poder ir He intentado anular la reserva pero en Recepcion del hotel me comunican que como insiti tanto por reservar que ahora NO puede ser la Anulacion..Wonderbox me comunica que mi cheque regalo esta como que ya he realizado la estancia y que me lo tiene que solucionar el hotel..Como es posible que haya realizado la estancia SI fata cerca de un mes para ir...Sr. Ortiz su Dpt .de Recepcion NO funciona nada bien..

Todo excelente, pasamos el finde romantico en pareja y ha cumplido nuestras expectativas.El personal muy amable y atento, la habitación genial cama y almohadas comodísimos y muy agradable. La comida excelente, el spa es un plus estupendo. Totalmente recomendable y para repetir.

Excelente lugar en esta villa històrica de Aragón. Lugar para comer bien, tanto en su cafetería, como en el rte. o el buffet libre; productos de calidad. Local con escrupulosa limpieza y bien decorado. Servicio mejorable pero comprensible dada la precariedad de profesionalidad que actualmente adolece el sector de hostelería.

Hotel moderno, bien ubicado en el centro, habitaciones amplias, camas cómodas dos almohadas, baño espectacular. Personal muy amable y profesional. Precio ajustado a la calidad. Destacar el restaurante a la carta de la planta baja.
