I chose Premier inn as they are usually decent hotels for the price but for the 1st time, I feel completely scammed and really unhappy! I arrived a bit before the check-in time and they charged me £15 extra. For 1 hour! This is despicable practice. The receptionist would not buldge and was quite short I thought. Not once has this happened to me at a Premier Inn before including 2 recent trips, one of them being at the same hotel, so it's not due to a recent change in policy like the receptionist tried to make me believe. I could understand making people pay when they arrive at 11am but for 1 hour? I will choose another hotel from now on if I can help it. Well done Premier inn, you've made £15 but lost a regular customer.

First time staying at this Premier Inn. We found friendly and welcoming staff on the desk. Hotel was very quiet at night and a good nights sleep possible. Food in joining restaurant very nice in the evening and lively breakfast too. Will definitely stay again as family have moved close by.

When I checked in on Friday 21/02/25 Vicky greeted me on reception. Vicky is the most friendly and accommodating human being that I have ever met on a hotel reception in the world (I have been everywhere as Airline Cabin Crew). I met wicky again today (23/02/25) and once again she was absolutely lovely - Please, as a company (Premier Inn) would you reward this lovely lady who clearly loves her job and mixing with the general public-she is wonderful. Ideally situated to explore the region (canal, Bronte, Saltaire), friendly staff, nice restaurant with great breakfast and good evening menu. The hotel is very quiet. This was our second time and on both occasions with slept like logs! We will definitely come back. Great value for money too.

The staff were amazing and helpful. Chilled water tasted refreshing. The breakfast was not amazing limited with no Mocha or hot chocolate - no pancakes, I would not recommend the vegan rashers they were hard. Overall the location was good and the staff were fantastic. Internet connectivity is not good it is not improved even when you upgrade. Some improvements to the internet would be good.

Great location to explore the beautiful area. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean with the usual comfortable Premier Inn beds and blackout curtains. Plenty of parking space on site which is free for hotel guests. Will hopefully return again to explore the area further.

The lass on the reception (VICKY) welcomed us to the complex with the warmest energy and a terrific smile!! Very clean and very friendly Would 100% recommend the service was outstanding Don’t give enough stars The lady in the morning (KAY) greeted us with and outstanding smile too in the morning on our way out the building to go too work..
