環境整潔，房間乾淨，整個佈局堪稱完美，優雅又不失情調，服務周到，讓人無比舒心。濱海賓館給我營造了一種家的感覺，價格也是很合理！無論大處到小處都是那麼無懈可擊，自助早餐的養生五糧粥味道好極了！

過年期間，房價均有上調，但還能接受。整體環境設施服務還是可以的，出門對面就是步行街，吃的喝的逛的都有。

房間環境舒適，服務親切，來了剛好碰到賓館在年終考核，為了更好的提升服務，給客人留下印象，鋪的床都挺有亮點，第二次入住客，性價比很高，衞生也很到位，硬件夠。

賓館是典型的老牌縣賓館的樣子，獨立的大院子裏有幾棟3層樓，所以相對獨立安靜，停車非常方便安全。3號樓房間新裝修不久，設備設施都還好，床品也還舒適，乾淨衞生。有中餐廳，也接待散客，菜品味道也還好。早餐也還豐富。就是前台接待服務比較冷淡。

房間設施很滿意，衞生做的也很細緻，性價比高，窗外獨有的風景很有煙火氣，升級過得房間也跟上形勢了，一晚上休息都很安靜，以後有需要還會選擇。
