前台接待一看就是沒培訓過的，一副像是借了她的米還了她的康的臉。本來定的是無早餐的，去餐廳一看，早餐還可以，就拿房卡給服務員了，就去吃早餐了，沒想到那服務員拿到卡，去服務枱回來後，就在餐廳大聲説:你要付錢的。我就給她説:我不付錢把卡給你幹什麼，門口不是寫了早餐多少錢？你卡里扣不就行了嗎。這個服務員太差了

這是讓人無語的一次入住凌晨入住九點多睡眼朦朧突然聽到，刷門卡開門的聲音瞬間清醒了，結果就是一句不好意思其他客人報錯房號了，請問不管哪位客人報錯房號進門前不應該先敲門嗎然後再等待開門嗎怎麼拿着總卡就刷開門進來了，甚至懷疑酒店是不是在房間裏裝了攝像頭知道里麪在幹什麼故意來開門，被發現用了這麼無厘頭的理由，
