The location was good, for a small town. Overall, the hotel was good value. The room was small but sufficient for single occupancy, and it was clean, and amenities were up to date. There is no view out from the window.

設施齊全，衞生打掃的很乾凈，房間沒有煙味，房價便宜還含早餐，早餐也挺豐盛，整體入住感不錯，下次來濱海出發繼續入住。

在一個建材城的一座樓的五層，電梯上去，整層樓都是，前台、客房和餐廳都在同一層。樓前面是很大的空地可以停車，空地端部有星星充電樁，充電樁數量不少。工作人員態度熱情。房間不大，但乾淨整潔。隔音貌似不是特別好，似乎能聽到隔壁的説話聲。價格不錯，性價比高。

入住時是2月中旬，一出電梯進到酒店大廳就很冷，房間裏更冷，空調是掛牆式的那種，但不知道是功率太小還是空調使用年限久了， 基本不太出熱風，調到30度一整晚開着，在被子裏面冷到睡不着. 而且被褥非常潮濕不乾爽. 但前一晚在寧波入住同品牌酒店卻沒有這些情況.
