酒店應該周圍20公里範圍內房價最高的，距離海邊非常近，加上酒店名字裏有國際兩個字，我想着應該沒問題，所以提前了很多天預訂了，感謝酒店幫我把房間升級，所以還是很高興的入住了，然後就我個人遇到的問題説一下。
1:我們入住的時候已經是晚上7點多了，外面下着小雨，加上當晚酒店有倆家婚宴，酒店門口那個停車簡直是慘不忍睹，不知道酒店是第一次遇到晚上婚宴沒經驗還是什麼，起碼多安排一個保安小哥指揮一下停車，按照順序停車沒那麼難，亂七八糟的。我們從下車開始，門口的保安就不知道問一下，可能他拿的那份工資衹配得上他站門口吧！
2:入住房間，面積很大，設施還是不錯的。但是這個衞生是配不上這個房費的。衞生間地面毛髮如果就一兩根，我絕對不可能説話，是很多，房門後面頭髮很多，當著酒店當班經理的麪，我拉起窗簾就有幾衹小蟲的木乃伊，我不知道那個帥哥經理有沒有覺得尷尬！房間的衞生是最低要求了，也是對客人起碼的尊重。儘管帥哥經理提出可以換房間，我的本意也不是為了換房間，是就當是的問題實事求是的跟他們溝通一下。
3:床對着衞生間的那個牆面下面，應該是衞生間滲水了，牆壁的木板的下部，都有白色的鹽鹼了，我看了一下，一個麪都是，如果有問題，酒店就應該及時維修。
4:酒店是個服務行業，他有標準化的規範與流程，有這個行業的專業性!但是此行確實讓人記憶深刻!
5:希望酒店管理層，及時解決問題，起碼對得起自己的名字，畢竟有國際兩個字。當班的兩位經理還是值得表揚的，積極的解決問題的態度，是此行的唯一亮點，最後祝願酒店越來越好！

房間很豪華，位置很好，性價比超高的五星級酒店，距離海邊非常近，月亮灣幾步就到了，唯一不好的就是廁所是聲控燈，每次都要手動關，總體很滿意

可能因為是淡季，酒店生意有點冷清，大堂寬敞氣派，房間也很大，早餐一般，附近也沒啥餐館。適合7-8月來度假

酒店泳池不開，黃泥海灘水臭的要命，最過份的是服務差到極點！誰也別來這家酒店，嚴重影響心情，建議攜程和此酒店取消合作協議！別説接待辦理入住服務了，連攜程訂單標明的每間房一份18元的冰淇淋，服務員都跟我們較真了許久，就是不想給！可想而知，這酒店啥也不是，還帶個5星標，簡直虛有其表。服務員把我們的房間開錯了，衹更改了房號，沒重新做房卡，到最後還怪我們開錯了房間門！明明是他們自己的失誤，卻對我們橫眉瞪眼的，從始至終沒説過一句抱歉的話，別説態度了，真的很討厭很討厭這家酒店！如果各位旅友們想見識一下他們服務水準的話，請打個電話去前台，從電話那頭先感受一下他們的超差服務吧！！！

這麼貴的房間弄這種衞生，到處都是灰塵，沙發上這麼長的頭髮就擺在那，不懂做的什麼保潔。太差勁了！！非常對不起這個價格。

酒店服務基本標榜漢庭，保安沒有任何的停車指引，前台對客稱呼沒有您，謝謝，等服務字眼，客房衞生可圈可點，但是細節沒到位。當天颳風，海腥味很重，大堂香氛沒開，打着五星的星標，坐着快捷的服務，當然我們本地人享受不到高價值服務，不知道是不是看人下菜。
節假日價格不宰人，但是平時這個服務和衞生，真對不起這個價格，能住這個店的，多少都是有點要求的，希望酒店方重視
