The bed is on the firmer side, but still comfortable enough with its soft pillows and linens. All the usual hotel room amenities are provided, including coffee and tea-making facilities, bottled water, toiletries and towels, an iron and ironing board, indoor slippers, a mini fridge, a prayer mat, hangers, and more. The TV operates on MyFreeview, offering local channels along with a few extras like Cinemax, AXN, Discovery Channel, KBS, and some radio channels. "Good hotel, nice room and very good breakfast option. Average scenery. Issues: Few issues with room and we were ordered to change room 3times which is troublesome esp with kids. Rooftop food was average abd disappointed with plate size for the rice (very small piring and rice keep on falling). Overall good Thank you"

"Overall I am satisfied with the hotel services and room facilities. Just one comment on the shower room drainage system. The drainage system seem like got some issue where the water cannot be flush down. It need some time to let the water flush down. Thats mean you need to on and off the water when showering. Hopefully can improve it."
