The place is nice, but the room with carpet was very dirty. It had a lot of dust and it was hard to breathe.The beds were clean though, the bathroom was kinda outdated. The view is amazing and the people working there are nice.

Muy lindo lugar para disfrutar en familia. Las habitaciones son cómodas, la playa de río muy rica. Lo único malo es que no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina de agua de rio pues estaba en mantencion. El personal muy amable. Restaurant y pizzería rica caminando desde el hotel.

Extraordinario, bellísimo, impecable, extremadamente bien atendido, un lujo y placer alojarse allí. Tiene TODO. Una vista única, comodidades, opciones dentro del predio, paseo, granja de ciervos, juegos para niños, excelentes servicios y desayuno, y mucho más. Volvería 1 y 1000 veces. Recomiendo altamente conocer este maravilloso hotel.

De ruta hacia Los lagos ,paramos en este restaurante porque unas amigas chilenas lo conocian de hacia mucho tiempo ya al entrar nos dimos cuenta ,primero que solo había una mesa de dos personas (era la hora de comer ) y segundo que estaba un poco dejado ,pero decidimos quedarnos ,después de traernos las cartas decidimos unos entrantes para el medio (normales) y de segundo Trucha (de piscifactoria) de las cuatro unidades ninguna se libro de estar grasosas, insipidas y algunas de ellas super pasadas ,un desastre ,nos atendio un camarero mayor (que no pregunto porque nos dejabamos comida) bebidas Vino y Cervezas. NO nos quedó ganas de tomar café .Relación Calidad Servicio, Limpieza ,Precio, Mal

Pasamos la noche camino al sur y fue un grata experiencia, llegamos tipo 3 y dimos la vuelta al parque, el que además del Salto y el Río, tiene un bosque crecido, con ciervos, cabras, alpacas y caballos. Es un paseo de 40 min, ideal para disfrutar el entorno especial. Adémanos las cabañas están calefaccionados y limpias. Se aprecia que sea una construcción antigua porque es de materiales nobles. Pedir con balcón al salto de todas maneras. Volvería de todas formas

Es un buen lugar para pasar la noche camino al sur. Un hotel sencillo, limpio, el personal amable y su restaurante muy bueno! El consomé y el flan son exquisitos! Lo recomendamos de todas maneras camino al Sur o simplemente para visitar El Salto del Laja.

Las habitaciones están bien calefaccionadas y tienen todo lo básico. Me he quedado dos veces por solo una noche, camino al sur y el desayuno está bien. La última vez en abril 2024 por la noche empezó a sonar la caldera debajo de las habitaciones por casi tres horas en que no se podía dormir, y no lo pudieron solucionar durante ese lapso de tiempo. Podría mejorar con un calentador de agua y vasos/tazas. El restaurante del lugar está ok, el sour con miel y boldo muy rico.

habitación suite, sin citófono, espaciosa,buen desayuno.Pero, en la mañana nohabía agua caliente,tuvimosque hacerlo con agua fría.Al no tener citofono no había a quien avisar,y la recepción esta lejos.Fuimos a desayunar y cuando volvimos a la habitación a retirar equipaje el baño estaba con el piso embarradoy huellas debotas.Alguien entró a la habitación sin previo aviso ni haberlo solicitado. Al salir hice presente todo esto a la recepcionista que se limitó aencogerse de hombros

Hola buenas tardes , les escribo para comentarles algunas cosas que no fueron cómodas durante mi estadía … alojamos la noche del 20 al 21 en el hotel , (he estado en el hotel 4 veces anteriormente y nunca había presentado alguna queja) , para nuestra sorpresa se nos asignó como habitación el Salon Mañio , qué tal como dice su nombre es un salón, no habitación. … como solo alojaríamos una noche no le tome mayor importancia , pero la verdad es que fue una pésima experiencia 😢, no había televisión , secador de pelo , enchufe para encender las lámparas que dejaron puestas (tuve que buscar entre los muebles un alargador) un baño en pésimas condiciones , la cadena del Baño estaba mala .. el acceso a la habitación era confuso lo que provocó que en dos ocaciones entrara gente buscando algo y nos pillaran en la habitación (menos mal que estábamos vestidos) lo peor fue que durante la noche habían muchos zancudos y mis hijas terminaron picadas (nunca nos había pasado antes en el hotel) nos vamos con una sensación muy triste y desagradable.
