The staffs behaviour , specially the manager behaviour was horrible to say the least .
Middle of the night out AC malfunctioned and there was water in the room . When the manager was called for help he refused to come . He even went as far as to lock himself in the washroom to avoid dealing with the problem.
We had to personally go down to call him as the reception phone was unanswered several times.
Even then he refused to come and said it was beyond his working hours and not his problem anymore.
This is the kind of service received.
We ordered snacks in the evening and it was served raw . We send it back but they still charged us. We had to get it removed from the bill.
The owner of the property/ management needs to know the manager is useless and the property otherwise so lovely, is getting a bad reputation.
I PLAN TO ESCALATE THIS MATTER VERY SOON.
The emergency we faced could have been much severe like fire, health issue etc .
Overall left with a bad taste in our mouth inspite of staying in such a lovely location.
