My room smelled like smoke. Told the front desk and just said sorry, nothing done. Had to buy a candle. Charged my card for the room and I already paid for it. Luckily my credit card notified me about it

Had trouble finding hotel. Poorly lit when found. Had to register at adjacent Best Western. Overall not a favorable impression. Very unfortunate.
