I recently completed an extended stay at the Grand Bohemian Hotel in Mountain Brook, Alabama. The hotel is very nice and was definitely a good choice for an extended stay at a hotel. This hotel is located in an area that is convenient to the freeway and provides numerous options for restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff, in general, was very attentive and provided good customer service. There were, however, three hotel staff members that deserve special recognition. Rod Clark, Tyra Rogers and Sha Bennett went above and beyond to ensure my stay at the Grand Bohemian was an excellent experience. They were always pleasant, courteous and professional. They worked to ensure any issue I encountered was expeditiously resolved in an appropriate manner.

The Grand Bohemian is a beautiful, immaculate hotel in a great area. The guest rooms are comfortable, quiet and well maintained ... awesome shower too. The entire staff is friendly and professional. The front desk recommended Corey Turner to us for our return drive to the airport. He is a professional, friendly, safe and courtesy private driver with a spotless vehicle. 5 Stars for the hotel and their staff and 5 Stars for Corey Turner (Private Driver)..

I received exceptional service from Rod Clark with the valet team. He went above and beyond to assist me. He is always very courteous, professional and eager to provide assistance. He is a definite asset to the Grand Bohemian Mountain Brook team!

During my stay at the grand bohemian hotel, I was greeted by Rod Clark with PMC. He approached me with the most professional greeting, explained the valet process, asked me my name, repeated my name throughout my trip, gave me great directions to the area since I have never been here and made me feel like the hotel was waiting on me to arrive. Once he left his team extended the same courtesy, Perry brake and Ladarius Reed gave me the best service once he left and it was like they didn’t miss a beat. I will definitely be back to visit the grand bohemian hotel, especially my newly found friends, Rod, Perry, and Ladarius. See you soon guys! Keep up the great work!

Front desk was phenomenal. Very helpful. Tripp, Sha and the other female which I can’t remember her name where all very welcoming. Beautiful location with many restaurants walking distance. The beds were amazing, comfortable and the shower was fantastic. The decor and paintings in the building were also something to see and enjoy.

At the risk of sounding like a total snob, my expectations from an Alabama hotel were admittedly quite low, however, this hotel stay was very much on par with what you would get any major city. The staff at check-in were really lovely. The cleanliness of the room and facility maintenance were beyond reproach. Amenities were nice. The rooftop bar was really great and I particularly enjoyed the feature cocktails by their in-house bartenders. A short five minute drive to numerous local attractions, including a the botanical garden. Great stay.
