From the moment I pulled up everyone was so nice and accommodating.
The only thing is there is no parking except valet, but it is not very expensive. It just would have been nice to know.

Bartender at the bar was great but there wasn’t enough staff in the restaurant area. I feel like the pictures make the place look much nicer than in person.

Nice hotel
The staff were great. The air conditioning in room 1206 was not good. It was either freezing or muggy within one degree. My daughters room - 1007 actually had mold on the curtains

This hotel was phenomenal. The staff at the front desk, specifically Natalie, was more than accommodating for our large group. They were able to get us checked in (early) and gave us some great recommendations for local bars/restaurants. The hotel was beautiful and a great location to Uptown and concert venues. Our room was clean with very cold A/C. Bedding and pillows were very comfortable!! We will definitely be back for a future stay.

Very nice place
The place is great. Love the decor and location. The only thing terrible is the outside noise in the middle of the night; like you are next to a drag *****.

This stay was amazing. The check in process was quick and easy, our room was clean and ready for us. My husband and I felt welcomed here! Will definitely stay here again whenever we visit Birmingham in the future!
