Georgeous hotel. I loved the aroma when entering the lobby. Hotel was unlike the usual chains. It had a charm that made it feel like a special place. It was clean but be sure to open your wallet as you will pay for every little bit of luxury…………….

We were in Birmingham this past week/weekend for our som’s wedding and stayed at the Grand Bohemian. We also had the rehearsal dinner and post toast there. The entire staff made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I cannot say enough about our time there and felt like we were all friends by the time we left. Kevin, front drive manager; Andrew, front desk manager; and Sarah, Event Services Manager, are all top notch! I won’t stay anywhere else the next time I go to Birmingham! Thank you to everyone at the GB for making our time there amazing!

Our family visits every summer! This year was the best yet. The hotel is beautiful and well appointed. Our kids loved the scavenger hunt and welcome stuffed animals - so sweet! Special thanks to Tyra, Faith and James who each went above and beyond to welcome us. True southern hospitality at its best. Always a pleasure but this year was special. Thank you all. Low IQ staff who refused to provide reservation changes for a $900 a night rate. Sort of shocking that the service would be so poor for an expensive reservation and a C- property at best. Cannot recommend enough against staying there. The manager refused to provide a simple night change accommodation.

I had a great experience at this hotel, very clean and organized. It was a nice place to stay at, i felt at home. Victor welcomed us and helped us with our luggage. He was very consistent and make sure we were okay. Over all a 10/10 and i will be back in the future.

I recently completed an extended stay at the Grand Bohemian Hotel in Mountain Brook, Alabama. The hotel is very nice and was definitely a good choice for an extended stay at a hotel. This hotel is located in an area that is convenient to the freeway and provides numerous options for restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff, in general, was very attentive and provided good customer service. There were, however, three hotel staff members that deserve special recognition. Rod Clark, Tyra Rogers and Sha Bennett went above and beyond to ensure my stay at the Grand Bohemian was an excellent experience. They were always pleasant, courteous and professional. They worked to ensure any issue I encountered was expeditiously resolved in an appropriate manner.

The Grand Bohemian is a beautiful, immaculate hotel in a great area. The guest rooms are comfortable, quiet and well maintained ... awesome shower too. The entire staff is friendly and professional. The front desk recommended Corey Turner to us for our return drive to the airport. He is a professional, friendly, safe and courtesy private driver with a spotless vehicle. 5 Stars for the hotel and their staff and 5 Stars for Corey Turner (Private Driver)..
