"Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a very clean hotel and the bathroom that I had was extremely clean. Great, comfortable bed. The breakfast was fine, not that many options on a Sunday, but Monday had plenty more options. The location was good, if you like walking, then you can walk to a lot of the attractions from the hotel. Navat restaurant is close and there is is a café next to it - this was great! In sum, an excellent hotel for 2/3 nights in Bishkek. "

"It was a newly opened hotel, so it was very clean and I liked it.
The day I went, I was the only customer on the first day of the opening, so I felt like all the staff were watching me and moving.
Breakfast was cooked and brought to me, and I was able to enjoy a cappuccino."

"Maybe because I booked it on Ctrip, I only had a corner room on the shady side. The room was damp and dark. It was not a small place, but it was not very comfortable to live in. There was a casino next to it. Although it was legal and didn't look messy, it was still scary when I first heard about it. I heard from local compatriots that this is already a local five-star hotel, but to be honest, it is at most 300 yuan a night in Beijing."

"第三次入住了，房間性價比很高，是當地少見的，離市中心也非常的近，打車非常的方便，出門就有換匯的地方。前台也很熱情，隨時都可以找得到服務房屋很大，性價比很高，樓下的院子也非常不錯，也有冰箱還有微波爐的。但是酒店的Wi-Fi並不是特別好，如果需要辦公的話需要去大堂。"

The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, making it a delight to wake up to each morning. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities in the room added a luxurious touch to the experience. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, it was a superb stay, and I would highly recommend Sheraton Bishkek for anyone visiting the city.

GGuest UserThe food was very very delicious, specially everything with meat , but service is not good , I order one dish and they needed to bring with this tomato salad, I called go room service they told me sorry we forgot we will bring now , but in the end , they didn’t bring it , and an other things I asked to bring toothpaste because they forgot to put during cleaning time , they brought also from 2 times of my callings .. staff in the restaurant are very good , in reception as well but some problems with service they have

AAndrii KovalchukA good relatively new hotel in the center. The room is spacious, has everything you need. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet. You can walk everywhere. The staff quickly responds to requests.
20 minutes walk to the Central Department Store, central locations. There are many shops, cafes, supermarkets nearby. There is a restaurant with a view on the top floor.
Breakfasts are a bit meager, but there is plenty to choose from.

(📍)Location: One kilometer from the Western Bus Station, 13 minutes walk. Take bus No. 350 from this bus station to Tokmak and Suiye City. There are small shops nearby
(🛀)Facilities: No toiletries, slippers, public toilets, bathrooms. There is a kettle, two small bottles of water, tea bags, a small refrigerator, the room is not small, the facilities are new, clean and tidy, and the heating is sufficient. There is no elevator, three floors, if you don’t want to move boxes, let the boss arrange a room on the first floor.

MMarin★The bus station will be relocated in late October 2024. It will be about 30 minutes by taxi from this hostel.
The room was clean and comfortable!
The laundry service cost 300 to wash and 300 to dry.
The hostel also hosts tours to Ala Arka National Park, and it was really cheap and helpful, as it was only 1,000 som for a total of 4 or more participants (4,000 for 1 person, 2,000 for 2 people, 1,300 for 3 people).
It's a real shame that the bus station has moved.

SShierocksThis hotel is newly built near Osh Bazaar. The staff Rustam, Risbek, Amantof (forgive me, im not sure of the spelling of their names) assisted us very well during our 5 nights stay. All of their staff can speak English. The rooms are big, they also have lifts which is convenient for guests with heavy luggage. They have own parking too. Their breakfast is good.
Thankful that we have stayed here in this hotel.
