A beautifull and serene place . The staff are very kind and so friendly especially with the kids. The views at the restaurant by the lake are to die for. The rooms are clean n beautifull and the wifi is fast and reliable. The water park was the kids favourite. The food was awesome and a variety of dishes were offered. The spa experience was excellence. Loved it.

We had an amazing two nights at Kuriftu Bishoftu Lake. The staff was very attentive and helpful, especially Ichtala made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy this experience to the fullest. The setting is beautiful and aside from just enjoying the beautiful views and comfortable room, we had a wonderful massage, used the spa facilities and had a great complimentary massage. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay for a night, because we didn’t want to leave this beautiful place. Would definitely recommend a stay here to anyone.

Had lunch at cabana restaurant with the family, from the moment we walked in the service was amazing adults and kids were treated like royalty and Desta roba made sure we were all happy with our food abd time at our restaurant. Great service ! Very pleased would love to return in the future and enjoy the services Desta provided.
