Mikiyas Asamere, and all the staff were great and attentive. But I had a problem with the Room, I paid one overlooking the Lake, and I had no view I tried for 2 days to change with the reception, but the answer was that they were not available, I asked why they did not have if they sold me the reservation, the answer was that they did not have.

He served my family and me with such genuine warmth, passion, and respect—it was clear he takes great pride in his work. Whether it was remembering our preferences or simply checking in with a friendly smile, Mikiyas went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy throughout our stay. His professionalism was outstanding, but what stood out even more was how sincerely he cared about creating a positive and memorable experience for us. The service is incredible! The servers are all so friendly and make sure the food is to your liking. My father had an allergy to the appetizer, so they brought him a new one! The menu also caters to different dietary restrictions.

The whole stay was superb specially the water park was so enjoyable and thrilling once we were done we went to the restaurant inside waterpark the service was excellent specially the waiter who attended us Yeabsera Admasu big ups thank you for making our stay wonderful.

From the landscaping to the beds to the food at Cabana restaurant, every trip to Kuriftu we’ve taken this year has really been a beautiful retreat. Each member of the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home but General Manager Ephrem went above and beyond to make this trip awesome. Abebe the waiter at the Cabana restaurant was attentive and helpful each time we decided to dine in. We like to record content for our tik tok @Addis.vinyls while entertaining our out of town guests and kuriftu always offers nice vibes and picturesque views.
