It's clean and tidy, but the facilities are a bit old and it's a bit far from the city center. It's really inconvenient if you don't have a car.

The worst hotel I ever stayed at. It is so dated you feel like you’re in Eastern Europe during the Cold War. The room and bathroom were disgusting. On our second day there was an old and filthy hairbrush in the bathroom. It was clear someone had used our bathroom during our stay. The whole hotel is below par and it should not be allowed to receive guests.

This Hotel was DRILLING and HAMMERING from 6 pm, OVERNIGHT, at 1 am, until 5 am and they carried on with the noise without caring about the disruption of customers. Before this I asked them to stop and they said it was going to happen at 11 pm, but they didn't. AFTER COMPLAINING they promised a COMPENSATION but there is no compensation for the lack of respect and RESTING TIME of anybody.

We had a perfect stay @ a perfect location. Great staff and good food! If you want to have a solid base to explore the area of Bitburg, Luxembourg and more this is the place to be. The beds are comfortable and the bath and restrooms are very clean.

Dated but well maintained hotel, we had a spacious room with large bathroom, hospitable staff (from housekeeping to kitchen) with friendly reception, excellent -tasty- buffet (breakfast and dinner) in the steakhouse due to renovation of the restaurant, cozy bar, TV with sufficient channels (49, of which 10 Dutch), free parking right in front of the door (quiet neighborhood), great value for money (we had all-inclusive)

Bij aankomst kamer niet schoongemaakt. Grote sfeerlose kamer zonder schemerlampen. Geen kast om kleren op te hangen. Badkamer Geen verwarming, vloer steenkoud, te kleine wastafel, na douchen hele vloer nat. Hotel op industrieterrein.

Hotel ligt buiten Bitburg op het industrieterrein. Vriendelijke receptie. Goede kamers met heerlijke bedden en badkamer. Echter geen airco of ander ventilatiesysteem. Voldoende keus bij het ontbijtbuffet en ook het diner is afwisselend met voor ieder wat wils. Ook in de biertuin is het ‘s-avonds lekker toeven. Fijne centrale plek om je fietstochten te beginnen. Ook stopt er, op 10 minuten lopen, een bus naar Trier.

We hebben 5 fantastische dagen gehad in hotel Bitburg (met een reis van Bolderman)! Het is een eenvoudig hotel maar alles is keurig schoon en er wordt hard gewerkt om het de gasten naar hun zin te maken. Wij vonden het dinerbuffet heerlijk. Inderdaad niet veel keuze voor sommige mensen, maar die zijn waarschijnlijk te verwend. We komen zeker weer terug in dit hotel want de prijs/kwaliteit is prima. Het personeel spreekt geen Nederlands maar zijn erg aardig, in tegenstelling wat sommigen beweren. Het ligt ook aan je eigen houding en interesse in de medemens.
