First room had shattered mirror,lots of mold in the batbroom and extremely loud AC, 2nd room better but no prize. Room wss never cleaned and sheets changeg once. Food was next to inedible. No butter for 8 days,vodka and 7UP always running out. No coffee until 8am and juices were very low quality. Lotz of the loungers and umbrellas were broken, the beach area had broken glass and garbage on it.Beds were very uncomfortable, public toilets were filthy and never any paper towel. Spoke with manager and he couldn't care less. Lucky we managed to avoid any bedbugs or illness. We met some very nice Turkish people but the hotel left us with a bad taste.

The pictures on the hotel website do not correspond to reality. Not even close. The bathroom is not sanitized, the air conditioning does not work, the bed is small, the balcony door does not close, old and damaged furniture and many other shortcomings regarding the room.

Very bad room the ac very hot, they didn’t give be the room i book ,no light the toilet dirty the room door not locking!!!very very very badit is really horrible and far away Tge receptionist is not normal guy he has an issue in talking I will never repeat it

We have been suprised for excallent holiday. Wonderdul 5 days we have spent in Costa 3s beach hotel. The staff and the food was perfect. The best thing is the front beach which was dreamlY wonderful !.. i wish and prefer everyone must see it !. .

Acikcasi yorumlari gorunce cok tedirgin olduk ama otele grldimizde gercrkten herseyin cok iyi oldugunu gorduk odalar biraz eski ama kullanisli plaji guzel ozellikle otelmudurun masallahi var her yerde maestro gibi hemen mudale ediyor lokasyonu super yolumuz dustukce gelecegiz

Rooms with no window and broken beds, super dirty bathroom super dirty food area, super dirty beach, no air conditioning, staff doesn't speak English or they don't want to do it, we had to pay to move to another hotel where we finally managed to have a wonderful holiday.

I gad a great holiday in Bodrum in July with my friends ... the hotel wasn't so good that we expected , we had a problem with our apartment , which cann't be fixed , other things about cleanliness , food etc.was normal ...overall it was nice with pool and private beach ... Besides i want to mention one special person , Jack , who will take care of your adventures in this city ,you can fully trust him in every step , he knows what you like , what kind of holiday are you looking for,i can say he made our trip 🩷 thanks for everything

Our stay at this highly-rated Bodrum hotel was disappointing, tarnishing the end of our two-week vacation in Turkey. From the start, the reception manager, Sahin, was unhelpful. The "Queen's Sea View" room had a shared terrace, and the small "Deluxe" room reeked of smoke, lacking basic amenities like water, glasses, and a working fridge. Intern Mustafa tried to help but lacked support. Dinner was chaotic, with long waits and limited food left. The hotel also had no parking, and the front desk was unhelpful. On the second day, we had to fight to change our smoky room, as our daughters couldn't sleep. Eirkan, the hotel incharge, apologized and arranged a complimentary airport transfer, but it was too late to improve our stay. Overall, the lack of basic hospitality and poor room conditions were profoundly disappointing. I would rate this hotel poor and recommend staying elsewhere.
