It was a surprise how clean and comfortable it is! Thanks to the friendly owner/staff☺️☺️ breakfast was also Good.. room was spacious and clean, with loads of Amenities and with Nespresso Coffee machine☺️ will definitely book this Lodge again in the future..! Recommendable 👍👍

Lovely hotel management friendly polite and very helpful clean and tidy 5 minute walk to town and sea front I would highly recommend Family and Animal friendly We will be going back in September As Had a fantastic time and the kids colouring book and sweets where great

The room was ideal as it had a separate entrance. The room was great for two adults and two small dogs. The host Anne Marie was very accommodating and friendly, nothing too much trouble. Great Value for Money. Ideal location to town and beach. Parking at the bottom of the road which was ideal.

A MASSIVE shout out to ANNEMARIE! Unfortunately I never met the owners Astley was on holiday but I believe this place is a place I would like to be returning to everytime I go to blackpool to see my pals, I too used to manage a guest house and it is hard work but all the little additives in here and they can't do enough for you and an added bonus they allow dogs makes it worth while a nice little trip away. Only thing I struggled with is the stairs but I do so with any set of stairs as with my breathing. I honestly can't fault it and hope to return soon with daisy amd hopefully she's OK next time as I had to leave a day early due to an emergency vet visit. THANKYOU ANNE MARIE FOR MAKING MY STAY SO COMFORTABLE AND PLEASANT!!!! DO NOT AVOID THIS PLACE IT IS BETTER THAN ALL THE REST!

Great accommodation been to blackpool alot of times but this is by far the best guesthouse I have stayed in great staff great room in a great area everything in room you could possibly need and the place is spotless when I return to blackpool again I will choose this guesthouse

We had pleasant 2 night stay here whilst at a weekend dance competition. The added extras such as water, coffee, biscuits and crisp was a bonus especially the coffee in the morning. Located central near the all main attractions, restaurants, shops. Beds were really comfortable and room was cosy. I Would recommend for a quiet weekend.

We had a very nice stay at Bella Vista which is well situated for all the Blackpool sights being only a few minutes walk from the promenade and Tower. Our room was warm, comfortable, quiet and private and had everything we needed for our stay. We found Bella Vista to be a nice haven to come back to after a day out sightseeing in the cold November British weather.
