Premier Inn Blackpool (Beach)

Avoid at all costs. Dirty . No towels. Room not made up. Really noisy. Fire alarm went off staff said ‘not their problem ‘ usually I like a premier inn - worst nights sleep I’ve had in years. Told receptionist she didn’t care wanted to talk to her mates who were in reception. Blood on stairs which was reported. Spare Pillows had no pillowcases on. Paid for family room - 2nd bed not made up

I use Premier Inn for my leisure trips almost everytime, as long as there is one in the area where I am going. The thing with them is, everything is Uniform, you know exactly what you are getting and exactly what to expect when you arrive. They are just fantastic for the prices they charge. You could be in Bournmouth or Keswick, the experience is the same, the food quality is the same, all great products and the staff are the same, a friendly smile and a warm welcome. I love staying at the Premier Inn, I have used them for many years now and will continue to use them again and again. Sorry I know this all sounds too good to be true but it is absolutely true, it's how I feel about this company. I have used them at my own worst times and they got me through it and I have used them for my good times too. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I stayed at Blackpool Beach PI, for one overnight stay on this occasion. I have also stayed for multiple days in the past.

Firstly, DONT get a ground floor room if you want to sleep! The venue and the room were fine. The only reason for a mark down was the lack of sleep. We were in room #3. We could hear the room above us. People walking, doors opening and closing, faint talking and things being moved around the room (possibly the chair or case(s).This was at all hours of the night as well.. Couldn't actually believe these guests came to sleep!! This was mentioned to the staff member as we left, but appeared to be dismissed. Other than the above. All facilities are as you would expect for Premier Inn. Good location for the local amenities and attractions. Just a short walk (about 10 mins) to beach / trams.

Room wasn't ready when we arrived after 7pm ,the door card wasn't open our room we got a new room but smell like someone smoked there and the room was dirty the bathroom was mouldy. The radiator all night making loud noise and does not heat at all.

Comfortable and clean and only 10 minutes walk to the seafront. Staff all polite and friendly. Breakfast was excellent on our first morning, but not that special on the second one. Thursday 13th excellent - 14th could do a lot better! For that reason I have given 4 stars and not five. Otherwise a good place for a couple of nights stay.

Friendly, helpful staff. All areas including my room spotlessly clean . Room nice and warm. Excellent food in restaurant. Very convenient parking. Location approximately 15 minutes walk to tram. I will definitely be returning in 2026 or sooner when I go to my next gig in Blackpool.
