Clean, tidy, and COMPACT accommodation. Used as a base going out during the day and eating breakfast and evening meals at local venues.
The location was excellent for walking to the Blackpool Tower and along the promenade.
The onsite staff were available, cheerful, and helpful.
Amenities were adequate. The en-suite included a GOOD shower, but it was NOT spacious. The fridge in the room was very useful for fruit etc. Kettle in the room for tea or coffee.
Iron and ironing board available on the premises.
Note that parking, one space at the side of the property, was an extra charge per night, otherwise parking on the street, or at locally managed car parks at various rates.

Clean and tidy, and a pleasant lady welcomed us. Warm room on a cold day. Niggly problems: Faulty bedside light light, shower head moved around and there was no food at all. Faulty lock on entrance door caused a few moments of concern when we couldn't get in. The hotel isn't seafront, so don't expect an uninterrupted sea view. Okay overall if it's cheap.

Me and partner had a one night stay at the hotel over the bank holiday weekend and it was brilliant. The manager was extremely helpfully and welcoming and was a great help with our parking issue. We were more than pleased with the room, clean comfy and plenty of room. Only down side was the smell of **** in the downstairs corridor at night but not bad enough to put us off coming back. Very nice hotel and hosts.

Clean fresh bedding, super soft pillows Lovely hosts, clean comfortable room, help yourself breakfast cereal,tea, toast butter marmalade, cheese, all you require, 2 minutes to seafront. Will be back.

I can only say this is the worst hotel I have stayed in. We have been kept up till approx 04:30am by two men sitting in the breakfast area talking very loudly. They kept going out and slamming the hotels main door. If you love your sleep avoid. It ruined our day at Pleasure Beach as we were both too tired

Lovely welcoming from the host who brought us to our rooms and was very friendly. The rooms upon looking were perfect and modern however the walls are far too thin! You can literally hear everything that’s going on in the next room, this includes hearing people been sick at 6am and full conversations between other guests in the next room for 2 hours after that. When the next room wakes up you get woken up, would not stay again for this reason which is a shame.

Thankfully the alexandra hotel were able to accommodate us at short notice after booking other accomodation that was horrendous . Most definitely the cleanest and most modern hotel i have stayed in Blackpool . Would definitely use again as 10 mins walk from pleasure beach and sandcastle water park . Thanks for a fantastic stay . .
