It was ashamed wasn’t en-suite room available when I did my booking. Good room with a nice double bed which I liked very much."

"The location of the room is great. There is an entrance to the amusement park within a 1-minute walk. You can see the sea when you cross the road. The room is newly decorated and the breakfast is good. It is a great hotel in Blackpool"
"It's a little far from Blackpool North Station, but the rooms are very spacious. It's not a super luxury hotel, but it's very clean and comfortable. There is also an elevator.
The Henson hotel is a little far from the station and downtown, so if you have a large suitcase, it's a good idea to take a taxi.
There are buses and trams running so it's fine even at night."
"Fair & Honest.
Negatives - 1) room (single with double bed) too small.
2) bar staff (gent) too cocky let the team down
3) no comeback when they checked my room out for cigarette smoke (from designated outside smoking area).
Positives -1) entertainment 1st class 2) all staff have obviously been well trained on how to respect customers. 3) very friendly holiday makers hotel 4) location"

GGuest UserThe Imperial hotel Blackpool is very nice and worth what your paying for.its an old Victorian hotel with lovely feeling to it.ive stayed here many times and always enjoyed my stay.its what you expect for the money your paying. Great value and the staff have always been nice when I've been a guest. Comfortable beds rooms good bath/shower plenty of hot water.
GGuest UserHotel was clean, people were friendly, not to far from tower etc
pictures made hotel room look bigger than it is, it's very small. I paid for bed and breakfast, if I knew what breakfast would be like I would have skipped it.
U get small chopped tomatoes from tin which aren't even hot, would have prefers a real tomato. You get a small bowl of beans which is about a table spoon worth. The fried bread isn't even 1 slice or half a slice it's quarter slice . And 1 hash brown. Toast was cold aswell. Small glass of orange juice and coffee. Out of all that I drank orange and coffee and 1 slice of toast , couldn't eat rest. Others may find it ok but wasn't for me
Tv wasn't working and could only connect to WiFi in reception area.
Staff were lovely though .

GGuest UserWas a lovely hotel room was clean facilities was average for a hotel the only thing that let this place down was they put my pregnant parented and I in a room next to someone with a dog and the dog barked through the whole night keeping us awake the most part
AAnonymous UserGreat location on seafront, easy parking £5 until midday next day. Good buffet breakfast with vegetarian options in a dining room with sea view. Rooms are noisy, very thin walls and you can hear every word of people walking past in the corridor so take earplugs. Would stay again though, the staff are all very good and the place is nice and clean.
GGuest UserThe place is old and has seen better days. Most Britannia hotels are like this, but I like the old-fashioned buildings. Our room was clean, breakfast was lovely and most staff were friendly.
The bingo should have been in the adults only bar, as there was far too much noise and human traffic.
It was great to see it busy, but not everyone was sober and respectful, so it was good to see security guards patrolling the hotel
It was disappointing that the spa pool was closed, as this was a selling point for us.
GGuest UserStayed at this hotel for 1 night, it was a lot nicer than some of the other hotels in the area, a lot of people standing outside the main doors smoking and spitting on the floor when we arrived. Checked in easy enough and found our room which there was plenty of room, bed was hard though. Wanted to have something to eat but hotel was over priced £6 for soup! Walked out to have food in the end, went back to bed and was woken up by rowdy groups of people coming back early hours from a night out 02.20 and 03.30. Went down for breakfast in the morning which was good ur basic sausage, egg and bacon but all well stocked and warm. Only thing is some people don’t have control over their kids, small kids running around knocked a tray out of another women’s hands and smashed everything on the floor.
SSharonsolutely amazing hotel ...staff are so friendly nothing was too much for them if there's anything you need they will cater for it if possible ...the Foods amazing ... the bar is well priced the swimming pool and sauna is cheap perfect for families and couples ..
Definitely will be going again
3rd time I've stayed here it's amazing
GGuest UserWas a nice place but the staff could do with some training at the main desk, not everyone had stayed there before so it would be nice to be told where the lift to the room was and where the dining hall and entertainment rooms where too. The dining hall is on the 1st floor by the way. 😃
GGuest UserThe hotel is grand, but dated.
It’s in a lovely position on the promenade and Gynn Square tram stop directly opposite.
There is a Premier shop just around the corner for essential items.
The room wasn’t ready, despite me being quite a bit past check in time, but the staff quickly rectified in a friendly and efficient manner.
The room was adequate and clean. Great to have an iron and ironing board. Nice touch!
I didn’t eat there, but had plenty of bits to make a drink in room.
TV in room and felt quite at home with the distant sounds of the seagulls reminding me I was at the seaside.
Happy days.
GGuest UserClean and tidy room, quad with private bathroom, 2 double beds. Blinds on windows instead of curtains and not blackout blinds, which left gaps in so people could see into room. Tv and tea/coffee in room. No breakfast available as no chef currently employed. £50 cash deposit must be given on check-in which was returned with no problem after room inspection. Well stocked bar and karaoke with bingo was played on Friday and Saturday night. Parking available at £10 a night but looked a bit risky out the back so didn’t park here. Reception not always manned and can be a long wait for someone to come after pressing bell. No hot water on 2nd morning so it looks like the early risers take all the hot water. For the price for a family of 4 over easter it wasn’t as bad as some reviews.
The average price for hotels in Blackpool is AED 526 on weekdays, and AED 635 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
