Everything is fine. There is a sauna, gym and swimming pool. But, a deposit of 200 euros is required by card. Like a security deposit for equipment, since it is an apart-hotel. They do not take cash. Only a card. Without a card, they do not give a room.

3 hours late returning the keys due to a lack of staff. A totally mind-blowing situation! An arrangement was reached with the manager regarding free breakfast, which I was ultimately asked to pay for the next day! Of course, I refused, so management gave in as originally agreed. I didn't appreciate this turn of events. The proposed arrangement was too weak given the many inconveniences encountered during my stay. The pool was very dirty and not heated as advertised! The receptionist was unable to provide me with a correct invoice, which was completely different from the one I booked through the platform!
Despite our kindness, we didn't find the team cooperative and will not return to this establishment.
