△Perhaps it is privately run, but the phone never connects. When I thought I got through, they hung up saying they don't speak English. If you booked through Trip.com, it might be better to contact them through that.
△Because it is close to the airport, many people probably use flights that arrive late at night or depart early in the morning, but the last check-in time is early (note that this varies depending on the day of the week). My flight was delayed by about an hour, but they contacted me through Trip.com and I was able to check in safely.

The room and bathroom were good, clean and comfortable. The room was quiet. the car park was practical. I arrived late and nobody was at reception, but everything was ready for me. The WiFi was very weak from my room, so I was not able to work from there.

Hôtel très propre, service impeccable. Tout est simple, un peu daté certes ( rideaux, moquettes…), mais très bien entretenu. Petit déjeuner très fourni, salle très claire. Pas de nuisances sonores malgré l’aéroport tout proche, vitrage efficace.

Chambre donnant sur la rocade: Fenêtre fermée on entend la circulation. La fenêtre est isolante phonique ment mais pas assez pour « éteindre » le bruit de cet axe routier. Pas de bruit d avion. J ai demandé à changer de chambre du fait du bruit de la circulation pour être placé sur l autre cote de l hôtel en espérant être plus au calme mais l’hotel était complet. C est LE point désagréable qui a rendu mon séjour moyen. Literie confortable, chambre propre Petit déjeuner de bonne qualité

Bonjour, J'ai eu l'occasion de passer 2 nuits à l'hôtel Kyriad de Blagnac au mois d'Avril 2023 et je remercie très chaleureusement le personnel pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leur efficacité. Etant ma première expérience en matière d'hôtel (et d'avion juste avant), je ne suis absolument pas déçu. La chambre et la salle de bain sont très propres, il y a de l'espace, les petits déjeunés en libre services sont délicieux, il y a des restaurants et des fastfoods dans les alentours et la proximité avec l'aéroport n'est pas gênante niveau bruit, au contraire la proximité est un plus selon moi (5min a pied). Bon... Il pleuvait beaucoup mais j'étais armé d'un parapluie donc ça va très bien. Bref, je n'y ai vu que du bon. Alors comme je l'ai dit au comptoir le jour de mon départ, merci beaucoup à eux. De là part d'un petit alsacien.

Een kleiner hotelletje op wandelafstand van luchthaven. Kamers zijn schoon en hebben alle comfort nodig voor zakelijke short stay. De foto’s geven zeer goed de realiteit weer. Ontbijt is verrassend uitgebreid voor prijsklasse. Maar echte vijf sterren zijn voor de staff die zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam zijn!

Propre, calme, très bon couchage. Personnel très sympathique et serviable. Fonctionnel et sans superflu, pas adapté pour un séjour romantique mais parfait pour voyage professionnel, c'est ce qu'on attend d'un hôtel d'aéroport dans ces budgets.
