"Nice place to stay, clean, conveniently located and most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The only exception being the lady who worked at the breakfast buffet. She clearly hated her job and and resented each person that crossed her path or dared speak to her. Her rudeness was the only thing keeping.me from giving 4 stars. I ihope she finds a job she doesn't hate so much. "

"Microtel hotel is 2 star therefore cheap and cheerful. Our room was a little tired and dated however it was clean and the bed was incredibly comfy. Stayed for 3 x nights during US road trip which were three of the best nights sleep during our whole trip. Staff are really friendly. Room TV needs updated but WiFI is good. No bedside lamp so difficult to read if your partner wants to sleep. Free breakfast offering reasonable choice but basic - dining area becomes congested at peak times. Friendly little bar (Smilers) a few blocks down the road for good food and vibe.."

"The house is good, there is an outlet next to it, shopping is very convenient.

"The only problem that I had was the hot water would not get hot. I tried at 9 AM every hour until 12 o’clock. I called the desk. They came up and let the water run for a while and finally got hot. That’s a problem. You shouldn’t have to wait until the water gets hot because there’s so many people checking out in the morning. There must be some other problem this was first time experiencing it in any hotel that I have stayed in Otherwise for the price it was good but they need to update. The lamps are old furniture is old need to remodel that the price was so low by booking with you all."
