Please note: the pool may be heated for a fee of $75 per day for the duration of your stay (pool can not be heated for only a portion of a stay). The outdoor temperature must stay above 50 degrees throughout the day and night in order to heat the pool. This is a dog-friendly home as long as your dog is 12+ months, well trained, and housebroken. The home is fitted with a smart door lock and free parking for vehicles is available on the premises. For guests driving electric cars and needing an outlet to charge up, the chargers at Pedernales Electric Cooperative or Lowe’s Supermarket are a 5 minute drive from the home. Other things to note: - The house is on septic and we ask guests not to flush any products (other than toilet paper) to help ensure an uninterrupted stay. - This is a working cattle ranch, and the cows will sometimes venture near the house. - No parties or events. - No glass by the pool or hot tub. - The pool may be heated for a fee of $75 per day for the duration of your stay (pool can not be heated for only a portion of a stay).
