Wir waren zum 4.Mal dort mit meinem kleinen Hund Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend Allerdings war und ist das Zimmer zwar groß, buche deshalb immer dieses, alt und viele Sachen defekt oder kaputt... Bad wurde nie richtig gereinigt und die Reinigungsdamen verstanden uns nicht Frühstück ist Klasse und das Hotel liegt super damit punktet das Hotel Ich war etwas verärgert, weil ich jedes Mal 2 Euro für meimen Hund bezahlen musste als vorher (Email) vereinbart wurde! Musste auch immer lange auf Antwort warten Es muesste dringend renoviert werden und die defekten Sachen repariert wie Leuchtmittel, Tapeten, alter Vollteppich, Schränke..... Bettwäsche wurde auf 10 Tage nicht einmal gewechselt Der Aufzug steckte auch immer fest Wenn man darüber hinweg sieht, wie wir kann man dort hingehen, weil es direkt im Zentrum liegt und nahe zum Strand.... bezahlbar ist und ein außergewöhnliches Frühstück hat

Aangekomen in het hotel was onze gereserveerde kamer al aan een ander koppel toegewezen. We hebben dan een andere "zogezegd betere familiekamer" gekregen. In de kamer aangekomen was die ontzettend verouderd en alles behalve proper. Vieze tapijten op de vloer, beetje duffe geur. Sommige ramen compleet afgeschilferd. Er lag wel een goede matras op het bed, dat viel dus nogal mee. Het ontbijt 's morgens was ook matig te noemen. Sommige charcuteriesoorten hadden al een raar kleurtje. Koffie niet erg lekker en daar kreeg je een soepkom voor. Niet erg smakelijk. Kortom, we hebben hier twee nachten verbleven maar hier komen we nooit meer. Dan zijn er voor die prijs veel betere hotels in Blankenberge te vinden. Absoluut geen 3 sterren waard.

Drie positieve punten: - zeer vriendelijk personeel met goede motivatie - best een goede kwaliteit van het bed - uitstekend ontbijt. Goed verzorg en volop keuzemogelijkheden De rest was niet acceptabel. Krakkemikkig, vieze vloerbedekking, zeer gehorig etc zie foto's

Lekker ontbijt, vriendelijke mensen Dicht bij de zee en centrum . Heel behulpzaam als je iets vraagt . Charmante hotel en 's,morgens kan je een glas cava bekomen. Onbijt is heel uitgebreid met zalm, eieren ,spek ,verschillende soorten kaas,ham enzovoort......🥂👍

Hôtel qui a besoin d' un bon coup de rénovation eau chaude limite, moquette sale et surtout insonorisation. Petit déjeuner en supplément 18€ par personne 30€ parking et même pas une bouteille d' eau dans la chambre 😕 vraiment déçu du séjour

Malgré notre appréhension sur le côté « retro » de l’hôtel, nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. La chambre est confortable, l’hôtel est très bien situé et l’accueil chaleureux. Le petit-déjeuner est frais, varié, complet avec même du cava !

Accueil moyen, chambre sale, poussiéreuse sur les meubles et blanc de poussière sous le lit et papiers qui traînent, donc non faite, poils et cheveux dans la salle de bain… Douche tiède et sans pression. Quand j’ai sonné à la réception, je me suis fait enguirlandé comme un malpropre ! Un scandale ! J’ai également les photos prouvant mon commentaire.
