"The kitchenware is complete, I bought green onions and eggs to cook instant noodles.
Self-service check-in is also convenient, but I forgot the check-out time (11:00), and I couldn't get in when I returned to the hotel at 12 noon. I called the customer service number and they re-wrote the card for me to pick up my luggage remotely.
The customer service automatically replied that I didn't need to worry about the broken cup and no compensation was required.
Check-in process: There is a door opening password and check-in QR code in the email. Enter the lobby and scan the check-in QR code with the card writing machine, and take the card and write the card according to the prompts"

"The location is just behind the waiting track. There is road construction nearby, which is not very convenient. The breakfast is OK, but the coffee machine is often out of milk... The room is quite big, but the bed and pillow are not comfortable... The hotel system failed when checking out. Fortunately, I paid in advance on Ctrip, otherwise it would be a headache"

"The best room I stayed in during this trip. It is just opposite the station, very convenient, but not noisy at all. There are free ice water drinks in the room. There is a commercial street downstairs. The room is small, clean and tidy. The front desk staff is also very friendly ~ perfect"

"I found the B&B surprising value for money. Though located away from the centre, it's only a 10 minute walk to get there. Yes, the hotel stands by a fairly busy road and overlooks the main railway station but I was surprised how well sound-proofed the building was, and my room directly faced these areas. Also, bear in mind, activity on road and rail is minimal at night. The room with its bathroom/shower was to a high standard, modern, clean and functional. I'd read the reviews before my visit. On my arrival, I understood immediately why they were so good. If anyone is looking for an inexpensive stay in Ulm and doesn't mind stopping a little outside the centre, this place ought to suit. Out of choice, I didn't use the breakfast facility or the bar. It was a simple stop for me and I have no complaints whatsoever. For the price, the standard was excellent."
