A hotel to make a stop on the way if you want to escape the maelstrom of Bordeaux, the town is pleasant although there is not much to see/do except take a walk through the citadel. The hotel is an old house, the room is fine but nothing more. The friendly receptionist. It parks nearby with no problem. Excessively expensive for the hotel that it is, not including breakfast.

We stayed 1 night; in transit to Lamarque. Recommended! Cozy hotel with family character. Super sweet hostess. Our dog was also welcome, nice! The location of the hotel is perfect: close to the center and sights. Rooms very neat and tidy. How nice that there is a private terrace for the guests. There we enjoyed a local beer. Breakfast formula also provided, but I had decided a little too quickly the day before, and would now opt for the Gourmande version (due to fruit :-)

Je recommande vivement. Très bien placé, accueil très sympathique, vieux bâtiment magnifiquement retapé et aménagé, chambres vastes, bonne literie, petits déjeuners excellents. Possibilité de prendre un repas le soir dans la chambre.

Un très bon accueil dans un cadre sympathique mais malheureusement, très très bruyant. Une belle chambre, propre avec une bonne literie , mais sans climatisation et avec le lavabo de la SDB bouché. Nous avons donc "essayé " de dormir la fenêtre ouverte mais le bruit de la rue et nos voisins qui ont fumé leurs cigarettes sur le trottoir jusqu'à 4h du matin ont eu raison de notre sommeil . Les petits déjeuners étaient très chers par rapport à leur contenu. Certainement une bonne adresse mais nous n y retournerons pas.

hôtel proche de la Citadelle sans avoir les inconvénients des bruits de la route et des bars, en particulier le week end de la Fête des Vins. Accueil très souriant et attentif ; confort de la literie et propreté irréprochables. Petit déjeune généreux avec des jus et salade fruits frais.

Bon accueil mais nous avions demande une chambre au calme car mon epoux travaillait une partie de la nuit. Nous avons eu une chambre cote route, nous avons fait pratiquement une nuit Blanche car les écoles se trouvent à proximite c est donc rapidement bruyant tot le matin. De plus le petit dejeuner est trop cher pour la prestatio (lj ai pris e gourmand à 12,80 pour avoir un produit laitier , un petit suisse ca fait un peu juste).

Lit du 3 ème occupant est un canapé lit dont la literie est dure ,dommage ! Le petite déjeuner,prendre le premier des trois prix et options proposées car y a peu en plus comme la soir disante charcuterie dans le 3 ème. Sinon bon accueil et hôtel sympa avec terrasse !

Nous étions trois couples à vélo dont 2 couples australiens qui découvraient la région pour la première fois. Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans ce harmant Hôtel, aux chambres confortables, avec une jolie terrasse, et un très bon petit déjeuner, et surtout des "aubergistes" extrêmement agréables qui ont tout fait pour notre séjour. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute si nous revenons à Blaye.
