The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room very clean and cosy. The location very near the lake and supermarket with 5min walk.
What turn out beyond our expectation is the breakfast box turn out to be an extensive spread that was served in our room. We want to be back n stay longer.

The apartment was very clean, large and had a very comfortable bed. Very close to the centre, the Gaja apartments offered a very convenient free parking place in front of the main entrance which is a great plus. The staff was very polite and helpful, and the breakfast had a very big selection and changed throughout our staying. Gaja apartments was a very good staying and I highly recommend this place. We will come back here on our next visit to Bled.

This is what you call bang for bucks. This place is simply amazing. Starting with location that is just a throw of a stone from the lake. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Accomodation standard is more than you would expect and more than you can get even in 3* hotels. Finishing with amazing breakfast that is being brought to your room with enough options to really choose from and satisfy even the youngest family members. Whenever I will be again in Bled or close enough, this place will be my go-to. Its quality and general availability is unbeatable. Thank you for hosting us!

Cozy place, clean, spacious, friendly and helpful personnel. Beds are very confortabile and the apartment has a well equipped kitchen. We had a rich and delicios breakfast. Good location, nice view. For sure we will book this place next year.

Awful service. Really upsetting. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and emailed asking for a view of the castle. They confirmed this. When we arrived it was a 1 bedroom and the man was very rude, saying it was all our fault (it wasn't) In addition 2 or the 3 keys for the room and complex had been lost which meant we would not be able to go out separately, only as a 4. Again, very dismissive 'not their problem' They offered a refund, then changed it to a partial refund which is totally unfair.

What an amazing stay we had at these beautiful apartments. Exceptionally clean and towel change daily. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Comfy beds and a truly wonderful breakfast made our stay even more enjoyable. A perfect location 👌

A great place to stay in Bled - quiet, close to the lake, spacious, comfortable bed, and with a wonderful breakfast brought to the room each morning. Staff were very helpful with our arrival, staying in touch before we got there to ensure we understood how to access the property. When we checked in we received suggestions about things we might like to do and were provided with a map, and pointed to a very handy supermarket if we needed supplies for eating in and warned that it would be closed on Sunday.
